Very happy with the service and the quick turnaround in relation to getting my iMac fixed. Constant updates online resulted in a non stressful experience. Fixed my iMac although my Data on the Hard Drive could not be accessed. They did suggest a professional who could help me though.

Very happy with the service. The fault with my iMac turned out to be an expensive one and not worth repairing. UKSL put the time in to investigate it and there was no charge for this. The level of contact was great and I had quick and speedy updates with what was going on. They even said they'd be happy to leave the hard disk out so I can securely erase it before disposing of the machine. I'll definitely return in my current machine develops any issues.

My Macbook Pro decided not to turn on one day and my charger would not work either, I am a freelancer alongside having a full-time job so I was eager to have this repaired quickly. I was recommended by a work colleague to pay these guys a visit and I was not disappointed. Quickly they were able to figure out any issues and run diagnostics to double check everything was up and running again. So glad I found UKSL. My MacBook was out of storage capacity. Great service from Shaun, who backed it all up, hoovered it out, doubled its disc size, installed the most up to date OS (which I had not had room for before) and then restored it all. And ready even faster than expected. Loads of storage capacity now and the fan not triggering nearly so often. Should last another few years

Very professional and informative. Fixed the problem with my iMac within the day and explained clearly what went wrong. Offered several upgrades and provided rationale behind the offers. I had issues with my ten year old Mac, after a recommendation from a neighbour, I contacted Matt at UKSL. Arranged an appointment and within an hour I was with them carrying out a full test on my mac. The drive had failed and so they replaced it with an SSD drive. Matt went through all the options but was honest and said that was the best option as the condition of my mac was very good. The repair was completed in 24 hours and my mac is now rapid, better than new. To add Shaun sent updates throughout the process including images. My new drive has all my files and programs migrated over. They are one of the best companies I have ever come across, polite and professional. I would recommend any mac owner with issues to use them. Outstanding.

Bought my first Mac from these guys around 6 years ago and it has been excellent since. In that time it's needed some wear and tear repairs which have been sorted almost straight away with no issues. Found via Google after the local Apple reseller refused to touch my water damaged laptop. Given a quote to repair expected damage, however my final bill ended up being much, much cheaper as the water hadn't got into anything vital. The ticket system kept me up to date with progress and the turnaround was only 2 days. Fantastic service!

Amazing Company! The team in Derby are excellent would not trust buying or repairing laptops to anyone else! They can sometimes get snowed under with the amount of work but they will fix it as quickly as possible. My business is within entertainment/media so need reliable working laptops.

Brought my daughter's laptop here as she had cracked the screen. The gentleman in the shop told us that it might take a few days to get the replacement screen in stock and carry out the repair. When we got home after shopping, there was a message on the phone, informing us that the laptop had been repaired. Less than 3 hours to replace a laptop screen on a Saturday morning! Good going!

I have always been a windows user until i needed a machine that i could edit film that was shot in 4k, so i contacted UKSL in Derby and asked for their advice. They advised me to what sort of equipment i would need without spending 'too much'! I took their advice and bought a 'pre loved' desktop mac which they upgraded. 1 week later i was able to collect my very first Mac ! This was back in September (2020) and found this to be an EXCELLENT purchase for the price i paid (£659) I have now, sadly, through health reasons, had to cease my hobby of aerial photography/videography and dont have any need for something of this size anymore. I just felt that after reading the comments that quite a few of the negative comments are from 'customers' expecting the earth from UKSL whilst having their hands tied with the covid restrictions or having work done to machines that THEY have instructed UKSL to do and then moaning about it on here! thank you UKSL for 1/ your advice. 2/ your after sales service. and finally 3/ NOT taking any 'BS' from the negative commentators! I've bought 2 laptops and an Imac from UKSL. Prices are very reasonable and they have always been quick to sort out any problems. Recently I took my laptop in to have a virus removed, they identified the problem which turned out not to be virus related, and removed it free of charge. Somehow I can't see PC World doing that....I've always found the service here very satisfactory.
