When it comes to service, Willie goes the extra mile! I needed my 'dead' laptop resurrected and all my files recovered and then transferred to a fast new Solid State drive which was then installed into a fully reconditioned laptop - which Willie sourced for me! The cost was very reasonable, and more importantly, one month on, everything is still working 100%!

My PC died on me suddenly and wouldn't turn back on and so we went to see what was wrong with it. We had to replace parts with stuff which he didn't have in stock to hopefully find out what the problem was but instead he said we would be better off with a new refurbished one. It's much quieter and faster! The PC was also worth more than it's worth. DEFINITELY coming back if something happens!

It took longer than normal due to supplies being more expensive but I appreciate him taking the time to find affordable parts rather than just charging me more. Excellent service and good value for money. We required a laptop screen replacement; we dropped off the broken laptop late on the Saturday afternoon and the screen was fully repaired by lunchtime on the Sunday. Thoroughly recommended.

I had a server issue with my iPad and looked up the nearest support in my area, the service received from Consumertec was excellent, arrived with my iPad and was given first class service, I would highly recommend this business. Initially messaged the WhatsApp to see if I could arrange to learn how to enhance laptop performance for gaming. Then had loads of good advice on my machine's condition, what I should be looking at doing and what the recommended actions would be going forward after using the website's PC Scan which was already really helpful. Later arranged to drop-off my laptop at site after seeking good recommendations. Very approachable, honest lad with good knowledge to recommend exactly what your machine would benefit from. Unexpectedly fast and kind service, having also cleaned internal components whilst fitting new parts for me. My laptop was night and day difference, it had gone from games being unplayable on the machine to running consistently at high framerate, general functioning was like a new machine afterwards too.
