T.It's a great place, went to ask them about my issue with my iPhone 6S Plus and was told it needed battery replacement, so got home and booked an appointment to get it fixed and when I went to get it fixed it was the same staff who was the engineer and replaced the battery and I was happy they were really friendly and fixed my phone and even willing to tell me what other issues they found during the replacement of the battery but one thing is they broke my camera cables which is annoying since it was working before I sent it in to get it fixed but again the staff gave me a temporary iPhone while my old phone is getting fixed and when the engineer told us about the issues especially the camera not working, he wasn't rude nor impatient but was willing to answer our questions and told us what he would do so will definitely recommend this store to anyone who uses apple and has questions or needs their apple devices fixing, engineer also said if we wanted us to get battery replaced on the day we told them about the issue, they told me that they recommend only one place but all in all I would recommend this more than any other store in Durham.
B. M.I had a problem with my iMac I could not sort it out. Took it to the Durham store where Chris tried to sort it out for me but he was unable after a number of tries to put the new os updated on that day.
I left it with Chris at the store over night. The next day he had sorted out the problem installed the new os and cleaned all the rubbish off my pc which I thought I had done
It's the best customer service which I have ever received . A good service from the Durham store.

M.My daughters Ipad was stuck on the homescreen and did not find Apple helpful at all in helping me restore the device, however they recommended I took it to Stormfront and I must say they were extremely helpful, friendly and got the problem resolved within half an hour. Shout out to Colin who advised me of the whole process on the phone before hand. Will definitely be using in the future and recommending family and friends - thanks guys
M. H.Bought iPhone X today, set up in shop, given tutorial and went off on merry way. Got home phone wouldn’t start or do anything. Went back to shop and matter sorted without questions or fuss. More than happy with reception and service at Durham store. Have bought numerous things here and any issues have always been resolved. I would recommend them.

E. H.I used to be a regular customer to the Durham store up until the management change a few years ago. I was pleasantly surprised at my visit to the store today! The staff were very polite and helpful, I was greeted at the door, helped immediately by a pleasant young girl that had me for lessons on my iPad years ago. It was lovely to see happy staff in the Durham store and not only happy but happy to actually help. Visiting the store today was like visiting a totally different store. I stopped going to Stormfront because the previous manager was a complete joke and was unwilling to help anyone. I just want everyone to know that Durham Stormfront has exceptional customer service and the recent changes in store are fantastic! Keep it up, its lovely to walk into a store the staff are happy to work in. The management team now from what I can see from my visit is on a totally different level and I will certainly become a regular customer again!
c. s.Had problem getting laptop to sync with iPod. Visited stormfront Durham. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Stuart answered my questions, giving straight simply answers.
Owen was also helpful. Stuart sorted problem windows 10 was blocking sync, would best to use all Apple equipment, (never tried to sell any product) just gave options. End up getting second hand Apple mac. Stuart sorted out putting on old library to new laptop.
Would recommend this store, good service and friendly would give it 11out of 10. 5stars
J. S.Came in with a broken simport to see if my iphone was under warranty. Everything else worked fine (wifi, camera, everything). When I got it back it wouldn't even turn on, and before I took it in I was able to turn it on and off no problem (again, the only thing damaged was the phone's ability to read the sim). I get that they had to wipe everything to check the parts but I'd expect it at least to come back in the same working order it had when I brought it in. They said there was water damage and that it'd cost 219 to repair it. Very disappointed with the whole interaction.

They hooked me up with some great deals such as a lifetime warranty on a screen protector for a very good price. I would highly recommend this store and i cant say a bad word against them
