I have always had great service from Bruce and the team. Always genuinely helpful & honest. I have had few problems with a number of computers recently and they have always managed to fix them and give honest advice. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for computer / phone repairs & advice.

I built my first PC and it wasn’t working. I send an email asking for supports after many frustrating tries. I got responses from Bruce quickly after the enquiry, even though English is my second language, he still communicates with me understandably and politely. I leave the PC in-store and it was all fixed in one night! He even delivered it back to my flat and offer me a excellent discount. So overall, a short but a really amazing experience.

I had an old laptop which was running very slow. The shop called me after diagnostics of the laptop and gave me an option to upgrade my laptop with a new hard disk and more memory. I brought my ipad in because the charging cable would not connect properly in the port and assumed I would need the port replaced, which would be relatively expensive. All I actually needed was to ditch my cheap charging cable for an Apple approved Charge-iT cable which works perfectly. I was so impressed with the accurate and honest advice that I bought two new cables! This was still much cheaper than a port replacement. I'll definitely be back for any future repairs. Thanks.

Bruce and his team fitted an SSD drive in my iMac and they were very easy to deal with. Very fast to respond to my original enquiry and answered my questions expertly and efficiently. My computer is now much faster and a dream to use. Also it was easy to park outside. Would recommend and use again.

Recently bought new parts online for a new gaming pc. Assembled it with great effort only to realize pc won't turn on. Did everything to troubleshoot the problem to no avail. Popped into smart fix without any prior appointments. Bruce swiftly diagnosed the problem with the motherboard as it was missing some chips without even opening the case. All done within first 5 minutes and free of charge. This only goes to show how experienced he is and really honest about everything else. Thanks Bruce as you are the best.
