I cannot praise this organisation enough. The computer knowledge of the volunteers is excellent. Each session is taught in a very relaxed, informal atmosphere. The social benefit is also very positive.

Mike and all his very helpful volunteers ,have changed my life in helping to keep me up to date , in this technical world we live in , and we benefit in so many way, with there advise ,on what interests us , and helpful hints and suggestions they bring to the table. For example Teaching us how to communicate with family by using Skype or similar, On line shopping , games of our choice, also jigsaw puzzles, even crosswords , the library is an interesting app , and finding my way around google all of which helps to make our evenings more enjoyable while keeping my mind active . Thank you for giving me so much confidence to press buttons and not be afraid of venturing into other fields of interest , as I love to watch the lambing season , all art festivals, what new in museums, love BBC news and photo section there , it’s endless and so much fun and more to learn . Can I take this opportunity to thanks Mike and all his volunteers for the invaluable work you do , with smiles ,lots patience, and so helpful even when you have repeated time after time . that’s why my brain is now over loaded, not senior moment . Thank you all so much

Have found great support at tap into it. Very relaxed atmosphere with friendly knowledgeable volunteers who take the time to explain things...perfect if like me you find technology super stressful! I have learned a lot and the session is always followed with a cuppa and chat with chance to get to know people. Many thanks to Mike and all the volunteers😊
