Great service! Took my computer along on 21st October as on off switch not working. They tested it thoroughly the next day only to discover that there was actually nothing wrong with it. And there was NO CHARGE! What a refreshingly honest company. Thank you so much. Kathleen M

Creative Computing is an excellent shop, with staff who really know their stuff. I highly recommend them. I would also like to commend the really nice way they deal with customers, always respectful and understanding. Don't be worried about going in there if you know next to nothing about computers, they won't talk down to you and won't judge you if you are unfortunate enough to get caught by fraudsters and find your computer has been hacked. I witnessed the way they dealt with an elderly gentleman this had happened to and they were great with him.

Came here to get all the parts to buold my own pc, great service great advice and help with trouble shooting and if they dont havr your oarts you require they will order them in for you For next day delivery or when they are doing an order from there supplier.

I cannot recommend them highly enough in terms of support and customer service. Been using them for over 10 years. Asked them to build a bespoke computer terminal. They came up with a great option and built with all the necessary features I needed both personally and for my video editing business. Was over the moon with what I received for the price. Would have easily cost 30% more via likes of Dell direct etc.

Took our inkjet printer because it wasn't printing one colour despite cleaning jets etc. A low fixed-price to have a look and to advise but it turned they cleaned it and this time it worked! Couldn't be happier with advice on the phone and the end result and cost.

I managed to detach the cable from my computer's Wi-Fi Antenna, so I contacted Creative to find a replacement. It's a fiddly (but necessary) wee thing but it was no problem whatsoever to Scott & Alan who both really did go the extra mile to get me fixed up with the correct replacement. Excellent 5 Star service guys and greatly appreciated.

Amazingly helpful shop, provided us with loads of old circuit boards free of charge for an event we were putting on and were incredibly helpful and friendly. Unfortunately didn’t get in pictures but it looked great. Also fixed my laptop which I thought was unfixable. Would definitely recommend to anyone, really great shop.

During the first lockdown I purchased two monitors for my home office which were great 👍, I purchased a personal laptop from PC world in December and only purchased based upon what I needed and their recommendations, only to find the laptop purchased from PC Currys was not what was advertised .. CREATIVE COMPUTING came to my rescue by resolving and offering a solution and most importantly within a excellent timescale, dropped off today @ 09:30 got a call just after 11 am everything fixed 5 star all the way, I will never go to PC Currys again, if I need anything I will be going to these guys, I highley recommed to all. Thank you guy's you really helped me out. ;-)

Took my older dell laptop in as there was a crack in the screen. Was told it would take a couple of weeks and I was given an approximate cost I dropped it off on Wednesday, on Friday I picked it up, all fixed new screen and was less than the price I was quoted. If I could give these guys 6 stars I would. I have been going here for years and never once had a bad experience. Good advice, decent prices and the guys always go above and beyond with service. I went in towards the end of the day and said Ach ill come back tomorrow as you are closing soon, the lad behind the counter said its a build from here, go back home get it and come back. When they had fixed it I asked how much and he said the same again, it's one of our machines so no charge. I've been to a few shops over the years but nothing comes close to the honesty, hard work and over all trustworthyness of the guys at creative computing. So cheers and you will have my custom for life!

Brilliant Service - Both from Repairs and in the Shop. Shop staff know their products very will and are brilliant at advising you for the best PC for your needs and price range. The repairs can be a bit slow (but I think this is due to the number of people using them), but the staff give very accurate completion dates. I very highly recommend Creative Computing.

These guys keep my dad out of my hair everytime he does his best to ruin his PC, for that alone this should be a 5 star review. Seriously though, prices for this place are expensive but justified (in my eyes) by the advice given with the parts. Anybody can order a bunch of cheap bits and click it all together but genuinely getting the best bang for buck isn't that straightforward. In summary: pricey but recommended.

Laptop screen was glitchy and eventually unreadable. Told the guy who served me that I thought that the screen was gubbed and thought that I would need a replacement. Quoted £85 for fitting a replacement, which I thought was reasonable enough. The same guy phoned me today to ask if a new screen had ever been fitted before as there was some insulating tape stuck on the side of the screen underneath the bezel and that the connecter had somehow shifted and just needed to be properly attached again. We had bought the laptop from Tesco only 15 months ago and, it being Tesco, I would have thought that them punting us a reconditioned machine was out of the question. We certainly hadn't opened it up and worked on it, so that was a bit of a puzzler. Anyway, I was charged £15 for the technicians time which was probably the least amount that they could have levied. In fact, if it had been an unscrupulous crew, they might well have just stuck the connector back in place and charged me for a new screen. I would have been none the wiser. So, alls well that ends well and I'll be popping back there again if I have any other PC, laptop related problems.

I used to recommend this place but no longer. I had to go elsewhere as I was at the other end of Glasgow and in a hurry. The 'new' place was much quicker (overnight as opposed to 2 weeks) and a better price.
