Not as nice as the previous Game Store at Glasgow Fort, but nicer, tidier and better stocked than other Game stores at Sports Direct. The member of staff who served me was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, he did an expert job handling my trade in, console and accessory purchase.

This shop is up next to the Morrisons super store along from the Fort shopping centre. By far the beat sports direct we have been to, the shop is well stocked and very tidy compared to the stirling or Falkirk shops, both have the 'cheap shop' feel. Also in the shop is a USC that's got a fantastic array of designer clothes, and a game for console and pc stuff. Very friendly and helpful staff 👍

Visited the store today and the customer service we received was outstanding. Our sales assistant Heather couldn’t be more helpful and went above and beyond. Not only did she assist us with our PS5 queries, she also helped us set up a phone we purchased. She honestly had the patience of a saint talking us through everything and was so pleasant and friendly. A credit to your team, nothing was too much trouble for her.

Decent store but when I was in I tried to get an offer on some fallout merch. The offer expired a month ago yet the tickets are still up. In a week later and tickets still there for an offer which had expired. They did try to get a discount though but I couldn't provide required info.

Typical GAME store. It's not the cheapest place to get games and equipment, however they have a great range, friendly knowledgeable staff and a guarantee that you can return items if they don't work. Personally I usually get my games second hand from other stores now, but none the less, I really like GAME and sometimes they will have things that are hard to find elsewhere.

Always friendly helpful staff but some of their second hand games are pretty overpriced compared to new ones available online from amazon etc. I found one game to be £10 cheaper brand new from amazon than what they wanted for a preowned copy. But it's a great place to visit and be sure to check out their merch aisles too

Midnight launch of PS4 exclusive "Spiderman" so glad I went up at 12 am because the game is THAT GOOD!! Stunning work! One of the finest looking games ever made! As for the shop "GAME" Big shout out to the staff for being so nice and helpful,even "Spiderman" turned up for me!! Moved some display cabinets but a superhero work is never done! And big shout out to the manager of the store who understood my predicament I'm gift card cash and not being able to get a pre-order done but pulled out all the stops for me! Good guy,good staff! Right on point! Can't wait till next month for my pre-order pickup of RDR 2! Should be something special again! Thanks lads!!

Practicly impossible to find a phone number direct to the store.. have to be put threw to a call centre in london first who then puts you threw... takes way to long to be connected and very annoying when you have to phone up 2 or 3 times to check on progress
