Brought in my Hp omen laptop 2015 model That required a new battery after experiencing a less pleasurable service with another repair Shop (not gonna mention which one) and he effortlessly found a suitable replacement and replaced it within 3-4 days and the new battery Is working perfectly and literally having no issues at all. I would recommend this service to any of my friends and family if they require assistance with their pcs and laptops

I recieved a response super quickly and was able to take my laptop in the same day, which was a big relief! Very professional service, very attentive and patient to all my queries as I know nothing about computers. 10/10 will go there again when I inevitably do something else to my poor laptop.

Delivered my laptop for repairs on easter sunday, which was not a problem, got it back after couple of days. Everything works perfectly fine, and the repairs where cheaper than expected! Good job, highly recommend this place.

I was horrified when I found my Desktop would not work and was so nervous about getting available help during the Covid19 Crisis, but I phoned this guy and within a week everything was sorted. It turns my Processor Fan had gone and needed a replacement, we worked out details gave him money. Even better I am autistic and get quite anxious at times and having been scammed in the past, I was scared, but he was completely understanding and never begrudges this girl. I definitely would use this man again for all my computers need. He is really dedicated to his craft and thinks outside the box in his repairs.
