Amazing service. I took my phone into ifix this week with the hope that they could fix an error from a different phone stall . They opened my phone for me and could straight away show me and tell me what was wrong. They were highly knowledgeable, professional and extremely accomodating. I left with my phone fully fixed again. Quick turn around - a couple of hours. Thank you so much for the amazing service. Highly recommend.

After replacing the battery in my Samsung Galaxy Tab S2, I was horrified to find that it wouldn't start up. I had the back cover off so many times but could not find the fault and reluctantly decided to take the tablet to someone with some knowledge of these things. That's where iFix comes in! Ryan had a look at it and had it up and running in minutes!! Great service, polite, efficient and professional.

Cycling from Edinburgh to Glasgow i had run out of phone battery. I have used IFix for years, they provide an outstanding service and always go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. They have fixed multiple phones, laptops for me. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Used this place as used to stay in Kirkintilloch, since moved but still use them if they can fix it they will , generally quite quick but often slow in responding back had my ps4 on for about 4 days still no call to update on what's happening. But in general guys are great.

Phone screen was damaged beyond repair but staff reassured me that I would be able to get all the pictures and videos from the phone which was what I needed the most. Great service and also offer a massive range is screen protection which I will be back for when I get a new phone

These guys helped me out whilst I was in the area for work. I dropped my iPad and broke the screen. I popped it in on Wednesday morning and it was fixed by Thursday afternoon. Really good job done. Just one little bit of criticism, prices, please make sure you you get it right from the start. Other than that I would highly recommend these guys.

Brought in an Acer Aspire laptop with a faulty hard drive. I had already recovered the files myself so all they needed to worry about was replacing the hard drive. I opted for an SSD rather than HDD this time for the speed, and managed to have 1TB and a fresh Win 11 reinstall all for £125. Didn't have to wait too long and the staff were very friendly. After getting this new hard drive I'm well chuffed to have my laptop alive and well, and while startup is faster, performance isn't. Video frame rate, for example, is more buggy and can't reach 60fps anymore even if available. The drive itself is a bit noisier as well. Overall though, I'm happy with the purchase and would recommend these guys . They're good at explaining things if you lack in the tech wit. (EDIT: Frame lag is almost completely gone. Bumping up to five stars on that basis. Maybe it just took my laptop a while to recover from the trauma it had with the old hard drive.)

Very honest thought that my screen was broke left phone to be fixed, telephone Call off them to say wasn't the screen it was a screen protector thar was broke and just replaced that. I would have been non the wiser if they did charge for a new screen.
