Simon was a great help the entire time working with him. Originally got my PC from him in late 2019 and has helped me with questions and any issues I've had with it ever since then. Finally got it upgraded after 2 and a bit years and Simon worked quick and incredibly! Had amazing advice about what parts to upgrade to and gave great reasons. After building my last PC 9 years ago it was safe to say I was a little out of the loop. After having a terrible time with a Scan.co.uk sales rep I fortunately came across KudaPC! With a budget of £1000 Simon was able to work with my suggestions and we went from throwing a build together in a hour to having it built and ready to go within the week! My wife was lucky enough to win the PC giveaway at 200 reviews. It’s a gaming PC so she gifted it to me. On the outside the PC is very fancy, nice lights that light up when it’s turned on, tempered glass on one side, lovely mesh fittings covering vents to reduce dust being pulled into it. It’s also very quiet even with the amount of cooling fans it has. Booting up the PC everything was already to go, most recent updates installed, all I had to do myself was customise to my style. I decided to move my old HDD over, the PC build inside was very clean and tidy which allowed me to install it very easily without affecting anything already in place. Would definitely recommend, the PC is brilliant quality and expertly put together. Thank you again!!

Great service, friendly guy. Had an issue getting my graphics card out of my pc to install an m.2 drive. He came to me at my house and had the whole job completed in 10 minutes flat. Even recommended me a set of screwdrivers I could use to access my gpu latch in future. The cost was cheaper than I expected and was communicated up-front before even arriving at my house. I was very impressed with Kuda PC's service even though I was very unlucky with some components that turned out to be faulty and needed to be replaced. Replacing PC hardware can be a tedious and drawn out process, but Simon was very accommodating and resolved all of my issues promptly. I approached Simon to request a custom built pc to my specifications and was overly impressed with Simon’s extreamly knowledgeable view points on my requested spec. Simon explained to me in detail any questions I had and even convinced me to spend a little less in some cases with no reduction in performance. He built the best bang for buck pc I could have hoped for. I paid my deposit on the Friday and my PC was ready to pickup Monday evening. Before finding Kuda PC I looked at some other pc building companies and even done a few quotes with them. I got so much more with Kuda PC, the other main difference I got with Kuda PC, was quality components rather than some of the cheaper components used in other rigs I was getting priced up elsewhere. It was also the little touches too, I wanted a Mobo with WiFi and the board we could get didn't have one so he was able to fit one for me. I also really like clean builds, clean cable management etc. Simon did this as standard, another company wanted to charge me £30 for the privilege of managing my cables to 'maximise airflow' in the quote. The fan on my laptop stopped working, I contacted 2 companies, one who is local to me and has been used before for repairs in the past, they never got back to me, despite emailing and messaging on Facebook and another in the city centre who quoted me £90 which they said was a general fix fee and the part they said was £30-£40. My computer was cutting out every time i opened a game.
