Absolutely amazing service from Control Panel. Gave me lots of free advise on a laptop over messages and then sorted my son's gaming PC which was sold in a sorry state by a well know online supplier. Very friendly, very experienced and very fairly priced. Will not go anywhere else now. Highly recommended

Extremely reliable and honest place. I thought my laptop was completely ruined after 2 previous visits at another repair place, yet the fix was so unbelievably simple the guys at The Control Panel were able to help me right there and then and explain in detail what the problem was. Such a welcoming and professional atmosphere, you can really tell the workers know what they’re doing and talking about. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

These guys are genuinely amazing - tech shop across road tried to charge us £55 for a problem that didn’t exist was unsure so took laptop to these guys and they simply fixed it free of charge - brilliant patter also great guys if in glasgow area make sure you take all your tech and consoles here to the experts !!!

My laptop is 7 years old and it had alot of issues. I had security concerns and the laptop was very slow. The guys at the control panel were amazing. My machine feels new again and they gave me lots of advice about my laptop and uploaded some advice documents that are easy to understand about taking care of your laptop, which i've found really useful. It is clear they are passionate about their work and helping people through very stressful times. The value for money is excellent. I doubt anywhere else provides this high standard for the amount paid and to top it off they were friendly and welcoming. 5 stars!

Absolute champions, handed in my PC on Saturday, problem diagnosed same day, fixed by Tuesday. Text updates regularly. Cannot recommend highly enough. Update - had to bring PC in for another (unrelated issue) a few months later, once again absolutely fantastic service, dropped it off Thursday morning, text updates all Thursday then fixed for pick up Friday. Still champions.

There was no attempt at hard sell, just honest advice and superb service. I asked The Control Panel to check my laptop which wasn't charging properly. They diagnosed the problem, found out what was wrong immediately and gave me a solution at a very cheap price. The staff are very friendly, experienced and professional. No wonder they have been trading over 20 years as it's an excellent business. Highly recommended.

Once again These guys have saved us a lot of stress and money. My son’s laptop broke during his assignment for uni within 10 mins of being in the shop Melvin had the broken charge port fixed and charger replaced. He’s reliable honest and very very reasonably priced I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Quick, open and honest. My computer completely died. They gave me a vast number of possible fixes over the telephone to try and rectify the problem, without costing me a penny. Once those had been proven not to work, they took it in for diagnostics, fully tested every possible part and narrowed it down to the motherboard. While the part was discontinued, they told me exactly what to buy to get myself up and running and only charged me for fitting the part. Got me back up and running within 1 working day of receiving the part, for less than 1/10th the cost of the original machine. I'm typing this review, 2 weeks later, on the very computer which I'd pronounced dead. Extremely happy and grateful to the team! Many thanks, Glenn

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company. Over many years they have painstaking repaired and upgraded my now very old home computer successfully until fairly recently when I finally gave in and purchased a new laptop which I am delighted with. Their service is second to none and all the staff are excellent particularly Melvin who has the patience of a saint when trying to explain computer jargon to me. All my family have either bought laptops from here or have had one repaired. Their prices are very reasonable and they are honest and upfront if something cannot be repaired or will advise that it simply is not worth it. I wouldn't think about going anywhere else..

Fantastic company, I simply can't rate them highly enough. I recently brought in two laptops which I thought were finished and walked out with SSDs installed and amazing performace on both machines, including the Toshiba one which must be at least 8 years old! The guys have never let me down, I've been coming here since about 2003 any time I've had a hardware or software fault, and every time I have walked out a very happy man. Their computer expertise is second-to-none and the level of customer service, help and advice is just fantastic. And all for great value too... enough said! 5/5
