It is exceptionally rare that I post a review but Titan IT Repairs really are an exceptional company. I brought in a completely dead and very battered and bruised MacBook full of kids juice and more than 8 years worth of data. Came in with a damaged Macbook air screen, gave me a much cheaper quote than apple (though not the cheapest on the highstreet) and had my screen fixed in less than 48 hours. Upon fixing we noticed the repair had skewed the laptop folding angle slightly, so took it back and they fixed it within 24 hours. Friendly staff and fast service

My MacBook Air decided to play up at the worst time, and I had no access to any of my documents and I could not access any of my apps. Right in between completing my uni assignments. I tried to sort this myself, asked around and no one could help. So I took it into the shop and explained the issues and they were great. I got a phone call that night explaining what they thought the issues were and collected it the next day completely fixed. Also without losing any of my data and assignments. They went over the issue fully with me to help me understand what went wrong and made it less likely to occur again. Very friendly and professional would definitely recommend!

I had called first thing on a Tuesday morning before they even opened. Their system redirected me to one of the team as they headed into the office and they were able to agree to look at an issue with my gaming PC. Having spent a fair amount on a self build i was nervous I had made a major error or had wasted money by bricking a top of the range motherboard. They diagnosed and fixed the PC on the same day even installed all the drivers and sorted the cables so that when i got it back the next morning it was good to go. Dont think I have seen that level of service before and the fee was so resonable considering. They will be my go to for all things IT related! (They even offered to come out and pick the PC up!).

Brought my 2014 Macbook Pro to Titan it Repairs for battery replacement. Max was very friendly and helpful, obviously a busy time of year and said he would try to get it fixed and back to me by the end of the day as I was not local. Got a phone call to say that he'd unfortunately not managed to get it sorted but would be ready first thing the next day. Great service. Needed a battery replacement for a 2014 MacBook Pro and Apple no longer even had parts for repair. Titan IT organised a battery and did a replacement cheaper than Apple genius team. Work done as scheduled from one Saturday to the next to fit my work schedule for pick up.

Titan managed to do what 2 x Apple care "experts" and another private repair centre couldn't and that was locate the fault on my iMac and repair it within a mere 2 days! My iMac stopped working when it was only 3 weeks old, due to covid etc it was left to gather dust before trying yet again to have it repaired now out of warranty. Max & Tanveer were honest from the get go with pricing and what could be possibly achieved, turns out the hard drive had failed which apple themselves had missed! the guys replaced the drive and upgraded my ram to have it running better than it did brand new! I had a really good experience with these guys. I have a 12 inch MacBook and the screen joint had broken. The guys managed to open up the back, fix the joint and it is still working. I brought my Macbook Air for a water damage repair, it's finished in 2-3 days (I thought when they said 2-3 days they meant business days only but no, they even worked on it during the weekends, wasn't expecting that but I'm glad because I need my laptop back as fast as it can be--I am a student). Very friendly service as well, they suggested I also change my batteries because it was also in a bad shape (due to personal usage), but they didn't put any pressure on me to do that right away (which was great!) they said I could postpone repairing the battery for maybe a couple of months. Although I did end up changing my battery as well because I don't want to bother to plug in my charger every time I need to use my laptop. They changed the battery right away in front of me because thankfully the store wasn't too busy at the time. Again, a very wonderful service. 5/5 stars recommended!

Took in my old Macbook Pro which had been lying in a cupboard for several years after dying. They recovered everything off the hard drive and then replaced the hard drive. What I didn't tell Max was that I had already once had a recovery done, before the machine died again. That recovery was a computer repair so not a removal of data and foolishly I didn't make a back up at that point. That first recovery was incomplete, with big gaps in my photo archive. Titan pulled off everything, and I was delighted to see collections of photos I had given up for lost. Highly Recommended.

Had an issue with the motherboard and hinging of my dell laptop (wouldn't turn on), took it to another Glasgow repair shop (well reviewed) and they told me that the issue couldn't be fixed. I got in touch with Titan IT service because I had a problem with the Hard Disk of my laptop. I brought my laptop on Monday after I called them and the day after they gave me an accurate analysis of the problem. The hard disk was compromised. They talked about the possible solutions and costs with an extreme transparency asking me more than once if I was sure about what I wanted to do. They told me that they could give an update about the feasibility to recover the data with one or the other of the two solutions they proposed to me within two days. Two days after they got in touch with me again saying that the data could be recovered and that on Monday I would have had all the data back. I decided to go on with the process to recover all the data from my personal computer. They respected all their promises, sending also during the process a couple of files I needed of. I extremely recommend this service, for their professionalism, transparency and kindness. I also want to spend a couple of words against the bad reviews I read highlighting that they are by the side of the customer suggesting what is the best and discouraging to take specific action on the base of the best cost/benefit ratio and with an extreme transparency.

I had a major panic last week when a Windows update caused my 9 month old Surface Pro 7 to completely crash. I couldn't boot it up or anything, and because everything inside it is glued and soldered in there was no way I could reach the SSD to recover my data. I know, I know, I should have backed my stuff up but there was 4 months of writing and illustration files that weren't backed up at all. Microsoft were awful - they kept suggesting the same solutions that didn't work for recovering my data, then said they'd send me a replacement Surface Pro (I still had 2 years of warranty) but I'd have to send my old machine and lose my data. Considering the crash was their fault I thought this was so unprofessional! I contacted a few data recovery places but they all required me to somehow get the hard drive out to send to them (did they even read my request stating the SSD was literally soldered into the machine? Clearly not). Titan IT Repairs were maybe the sixth or seventh company that showed up in Google in Glasgow, which is when I remembered I'd used them for my old Surface Pro 3 when I spilled water on it and needed the screen and battery port replaced. They were fab then so I contacted them and they got back to me in a few hours telling me to pop into the shop with my laptop the next day. One week later I not only have ALL of my data recovered but they even managed to do so without damaging my Surface! It's in complete working order after being reassembled. A+ job at a reasonable price and the staff were lovely. Lesson learned: back up my data. But another lesson learned: if you have a computer disaster and you're in Glasgow, use Titan IT Repairs.

Very good and friendly service. They repaired my iPhone SE screen for £30 and even gave me a glass screen protector included in the price! Update: Apparently it's impossible to write 2 reviews, but I would like to give these guys another 5 star review for offering to fix my phone for free after experiencing some small defects with the replaced screen. I would like to note that I have a friend back home who repairs iPhone screens as well and who says that things like this can happen, so that it is in no way the fault of Titan IT repairs. Titan IT repaired a charging port in my laptop that had been damaged when the laptop fell on the floor. I was worried that my laptop was unsalvageable, so it was a huge relief that it could be repaired. Titan's service was excellent and professional from beginning to end. They had a look at the laptop while I was there and told me what they needed to do to repair it. They quoted me a price and told me how long it would take. The repair was done within their timeframe, which I appreciated because it looked like they were quite busy. Their office felt very Covid safe, and the people working there were friendly.

The best Mac repair shop you can find! Honest lad who does board level repair, which is SUPER RARE to find nowadays. Got quoted a price of 400£ by another shop which is absolutely ridiculous, and Apple themselves wanted 10 days to just “evaluate” the problem. This guy got it sorted in 2 days at less than a quarter of the price! He even charged less than originally quoted because it wasn’t as damaged as we thought. An honest man with the skills the Apple “genius” will never have!
