C. B.Had a battery needing replaced in my laptop, emailed and received a call very promptly. Was polite and prompt with repairing the laptop, even offered to install windows 11 as part of work. Reason for 4 stars is I felt it was quite expensive for a 10 min max repair (£75, but with 20% student discount so paid £60).
I would look into the work you are needing done, if it's complex job. I would highly recommend Ifran, he's a knowledgeable and polite guy. Will get the job done as soon as possible for a really great price.
But if it's small work would look at possibly doing it yourself. I hadn't done any research and went ahead with the work thinking it was a lot more complex, it was literally a few screws and a connector....£75
K. S.They are always really helpful and honest about anything that's wrong, how much it would cost to fix it and how much time it would take, not even charging money for simple inspections or anything like that. Have been there 3 times and all have been superb!

J. M.Excellent customer service. We went as gullible as anything to get our old laptop repaired and as soon as we told him how old it was he told us not to even bother repairing it. He then took out the hard drive for us and when it didn't work to get data off he wouldn't accept any money for the time and effort and expertise he had given us. It is running completely smoothly now, and will hopefully last quite a few more years! They were very conscious of social distancing and I thought the price was reasonable.
