This is my second post regarding Churchdown Computers, Mark upgraded my ancient HP laptop and gave it a new lease of life on the first occasion. Subsequently I decided to upgrade and Mark spent time to outline the best options for my needs and after the evaluation and purchase he transferred all data and programs for a seamless transition. I could not recommend more highly the use of this company if you have IT issues in the Cheltenham area.

Contacted Mark about a long running issue with Windows 10 on my desktop not updating to its latest version V1909 from V1803. He called me within 20 minutes of sending a email query and had a long conversation on possible problems , once we had established I'd tried all the usual suspects we arranged a home visit. He arrived on time and very quickly showed his depth of knowledge by working out the issue and we carried out a clean install with Hard drive partition changes that allowed the PC to finally update, no way I'd have ever figured it out myself. Highly professional and highly recommended and very reasonable prices.

I recently lost data from a corrupt hard drive and Mark has assisted and guided me through the process of recovering and restoring the lost data. He has also health checked my computer for bugs and other issues and explained everything in a non- techy, easy to understand way. My HDD crashed and needed to be replaced and windows 10 needed to be re installed because it was lost upon the HDD crash. We ordered a HDD, sent my pc+hdd in and got it back the next day like nothing ever went wrong, pc feels amazing again. could not fault the service as i also got the pc dusted and help with my dual monitors for no extra price. 10/10 would recommend!

Delighted by the way my computer was fixed within a couple of hours of my phone call. Such a relief! All my work was rescued and the computer was returned and installed with personal instruction about the cause of the problem and sound recommendations to avoid future problems.
