I cannot recommend James at JD-Computers highly enough. In my online consultation with him he was thoroughly professional, extremely patient and spoke using language which I could totally understand .. highly unusual in my experience as a non-tech baby boomer. On top of that, he was prepared to have the consultation after office hours, just so that he could try and help me on the same day that I made contact with him. Definitely 110%!

i Would recommend this Guys service 110%! one phone call and my PC with New GTX 1650 Graphics card is working perfectly. Very easy to Understand with no techno Jargon for those of that just want a better PC/Gaming experience. Many thanks. Brownie

What a difference a day makes! My computer went from 3 hours to load to just a minute. I can honestly say James went the extra mile in retrieving my data and photos from the hard drive. I am a self-confessed computer ignoramous! At my age (don't ask ...) I find the whole business completely baffling. I just want to turn on my PC and do the simple things like sending emails, Googling for information, printing pictures and typing documents with a minimum of fuss. That's why James of JD-Computers is so brilliant. He comes along, establishes precisely what the problem is and just gets on with resolving it.
