M. C. (. C.Andi is a truly excellent custom PC builder. We’d tried to build our son’s PC ourselves but quickly realised we were out of our depth! Andi was amazing. He took over the build, and in less than a day he had the PC built, with all software loaded, and handing us back a plug-and-play. He even made us a short “welcome to your new PC” video! Then when we got home and needed some extra support, Andi remote-accessed our PC to sort us out. If I could give Andi 6 stars I would. He was a life-saver for us and he is excellent value for money. More than anything though, he delivered a first class service that as far as IT-related stuff goes, was the best I’ve seen. Very highly recommended.

We eventually built a PC design and, from ordering the parts to having the PC built, took around a week. I have had my PC for a few months now, the reason why this review is so late is simple... I have been too busy gaming to think about much else! Vox is a fantastic company and I will use them again in the future! 5 stars isn’t enough of a rating... can I mark 10 stars?
H. S.I contacted Andi at Vox to get a quote for a high end build I had been saving for for a while. I had gone to a few others and they were trying to offer me parts I didn’t want or need at prices that were way higher than they should have been. This was not the case with Vox, they listened to exactly what I wanted from my build, what parts I liked and how I wanted it put together. He made helpful suggestions if what I wanted wasn’t quite going to work and kept me informed of the whole way through the process. I have had my build from Vox and nothing about it could be faulted. The cable management is extremely professional and all systems, drivers and updates were done for me. They are also very contactable after my order was complete and helped me with any troubleshooting I had.
I could not recommend Andi and Vox any more highly than I am now, he is the last word in custom PC builders that are not trying to take non builders for a ride and assuming you don’t know what you’re talking about so can get more money out of you. If you want then best custom PC at the best price with exactly the parts you want there is no where else to buy it.

I had set out quite a firm budget that Andi at Vox was very attentive to; he even made suggestions on what parts would be better for my uses (music production). All costs are very well broken down, so I could see exactly where the money is going.
There was absolutely no judgement if I implied I wanted something less pricey; Andi would do his best to substitute.
Within a week of payment, my PC was at my door and it's been smooth sailing since!
Bonus - the PC was packaged in materials all recyclable, and even used biodegradable foam. Nice touch for the environmentally conscious!

F.I'm still waiting for my custom PC to be built, as, at this time, the components market is all over the place due to pandemic, silicon shortage, miners, etc. The level of service I'm receiving from Andi is, however, already exceptional, from day one when he replied, at weekend, to my query. Stock is scarce everywhere, but expertise, good and prompt comms and flexibility are even rarer and definitely are adding lots of value to the service Vox Custom PC Builders provide. Andi has been always prompt in suggesting and recommending great alternatives, keeping an eye out for me for when parts became available and liaising constantly with suppliers to expedite my build. And also very patient in accommodating my very stubborn and very specific demands! Now that there are just a few bits and bobs to arrive (*JUST* the GPU and the fans lol), I'm really looking forward to receiving my brand new custom PC and I'm very happy with my experience so far with Vox Custom PC Builders. - specific parts needed.
- the reason the part was selected.
- alternative parts depending on my preference.
- a choice of cases.
- a price estimation.
The customer service was fantastic and literally saved me hours of research! So ofcourse once I learnt of the incredible value for building the PC, I went for it!
I was provided photos and videos along the way of the build to follow every step!
I couldn't be more happy! Not only does the PC perform great! It looks clean and minimal, exactly what I personally wanted!

C. G.I contacted Vox Custom PC Builders about a streaming PC as I have been playing live music on Twitch and my MacBook Pro wasn't handling it well. I had a lot of lag and a very jumpy stream. I know absolutely nothing about computers, I just gave him a budget and told him what I would be using the PC for. I now have an incredible computer that is able to process my stream quickly and smoothly!
The quality of the build is exceptional and delivery was really quick.
Andi was really helpful in explaining things to me and made the whole process very easy. Will definitely be back if I need anything again and would recommend him 100%.

Contacted VOX ( Andi ) after looking around the internet for a good few days at different sites ect and found Andi. Contacted him regarding a Gaming PC and within less than a day I had a email back just asking a few basic questions so I went through what I was looking for ( and I have got NOOOO understanding of pc parts ect ) so very vague info on my part. So then as not to waste his time/knowledge I purchased the consultation package which come off the build if placing an order and this consisted of more idea of my budget, games looking at playing ect. He took all of this into consideration and send me back a link to see a configurator of parts prices and equipment he recommends. Changed a few bits as able to afford some more but al in all that part was very well done up to this point! I got kept up to date of all parts ordered then received at his till the time finally came to get building. AND THIS IS WHY I ALSO DECIDED TO GO WITH VOX!! He has a twitch account so was able to watch him build my pc while ask questions and gain more info on parts and why it was being used! I should mention Andi was so so patient with me asking any questions and answering in easy understandable way even a clueless guy like me understood!!!!!!! Once built and tested it was time! As I lived 45 mins away I asked if it was ok to pick it up and with COVID guidelines he was more than happy to do so which pleased me as I needed to understand programmes and what accounts needed ect. This was all done very professionally! When I left it was a rush to get home and get it plugged in and playing! I cant fault the build its EXACTLY how it was spoken about quiet, 4k/1440p RGB to light up the room when wanted!!! I cannot recommend Andi enough! For new people wanting to get into gaming PC world or the ones who have been there years already! Any help or questions still I ask gets answered so quickly and easily! All I can say really is come to VOX/Andi for your pc needs you WILL NOT be disappointed! So thank you so so much for building my first gaming PC and although I hope not to see you for anything soon! I'm sure I will as any upgrade/new bits id like will be done only by these guys!!!!! GREART prices to compared to everyone else even more so for the time he takes to help you get what YOU need and not take you for all your money!! As much as id love to give any feedback of negatives I really really cant!! thank you once again!!!!!!!!
