He diagnosed the problem straight away, gave me a price to fix it and fixed it within a couple of days. New hard drive, all my documents restored and my laptop is better than it was before. H.So useful to have a local company on call when needed, rather than a call centre abroad (no offence to foreign call centre workers but can't beat speaking to someone who can pop around later that day or week if the issue can't be resolved). Haydn, the boss, is polite, methodical and very clear about options and costs (which are reasonable and competitive) - he's always on hand and reduced my blood pressure on numerous occassions.
