Been the family's IT experts for many years and have always offered high quality and affordable cover. Recently ran into difficulty with 2 laptops and had waited until I was back in the area before getting them repaired. Even at short notice they made space to fit the laptops in for diagnostics and subsequent fixes. Kept us up to date with every major bit of progress and went through various options thoroughly. Switching on your pc in the morning and finding a blue screen is not the best start to a day. However, my neighbour told me about John Finch Computers, so I contacted them straight away, and was asked to drop my machine in to them asap.
