Brilliant service my computer was showing error messages and running very slow on boot up and browsing SSD DRIVE had to be changed now running like a dream very fast like it used to be. Very surprised of the low cost of a great job done would recommend to anyone I would definitely go there again.

Local expertise that exceeds all expectations without any of the fuss -What a delight! My partner's acer laptop's Hard Drive decided to give up the ghost at 3:30pm one afternoon. I decided to pop it into Hedon Media as I just didn't have the time to drive into the centre of Hull, mess around with finding a parking space, take the 15-20 minutes to walk to the City centre computer repair store in time, only to find out that they would need to hold on to it to assess, and let me know in due course, probably many days later and then wait for it to be turned around. Thought, why not give my local PC/Laptop specialists a go and WOW was I truly surprised and honestly taken aback. Bob and Daniel at Hedon Media know their stuff. Brought the Acer in at 4pm and they quickly assessed the cause and offered various solutions from a replacement Hard Drive to a more expensive but faster Solid State Drive option and when I gave my answer for the Solid State Drive, they asked me if tomorrow would be OK to turn it around? They took my number and by 11am the next morning they called to state they had completed all works including putting a new operating system and other really useful software on too. The Acer started up in super fast boot up time. Impressed is an understatement! When my 2012 Sony Vaio's Hard drive decided to play up too and I couldn't get it to boot up at all, I immediately popped it in to Hedon Media and they were quickly able to get it (temporarily)to boot up so that I was able to recover my essential documents and copy and paste irreplaceable photographs. Thanks to Bob of Hedon Media my treasures were saved in time before it packed up for good! I left it for Bob to install a larger Solid State Drive which he ordered then and there, and insisted it got delivered for the next day-First thing. Within 24 hours the "All done" call from Hedon Media arrived once again and WOW it too behaved like a brand new laptop. They also cleaned my internal fan making it quieter (like new) again and did all this without having to experience any of the fuss I would have had to have undergone if I hadn't used Local Expertise. In both cases the saving in time and effort, was invaluable and the pricing was surprisingly very cost effective too. And what price for saving treasured memories? PRICELESS! Thank you to all at Hedon Media- And Bob and Daniel, Keep up the excellent work and please, take your bows and bravos you deserve them! Many thanks.
