Really can't recommend these guys enough. Like a lot of people I rely heavily on my laptop, so when my MacBook pro screen packed in one afternoon it was a real risk to my business. I contacted a few friends nd they all came up with the same name - Acefast. I fang them and they told me to come in. I left my laptop just before 5 and they had a screen in stock and replaced it the following day. Great service. Really professional and friendly plus they're local which meant I didn't have delays in the post or have to pack it up. Really recommend them for great quality work, professional friendly service and quick turnaround.

I can not recommend James and his team highly enough. I had an issue with my daughter's laptop that stopped working and ultimately it was not financially viable to fix it. The team were extremely helpful throughout in their attempts to fix the broken laptop and couldn't have done more to try and resolve the issue. They were never pushy and only ever offered advice. I had a black screen after a short while on using my Macbook Pro. I tried everything I could before giving up and looking for a repair centre and found Acefast. James at Acefast tested my computer until he was sure he'd found a reason for the persistent blackouts and then dealt with them. On collection he gave me a detailed account of what he'd done and why, including installation of a new program to keep heat under control. Anything I asked, he answered in detail. The price of repair was reasonable and I would go back there happily with any future problems. I have three Apple computers.

Fantastic Service. My iPhone 7 failed dramatically so I drove 30 miles to call in on these guys to see if they could repair/recover my phone. Can't thank Acefast enough for getting me back online after repairing my desktop. Had 2 desktops one of which was old and running on windows xp. It was found to be impossible to repair due to it's age. It was then suggested that the newer desktop was a more viable option. They inspected it, found that it required a good clean and drivers. Had an issue with charging port on an iPhone 7 Plus. EE couldn’t repair and was going to charge us £347 for a new phone! Took it to Acefast who quoted £65 but would give me a call once engineer looked at it. The people are so polite and ready to help. I had some trouble with them in that I took my phone there for a screen replacement and it was returned to me with the sound buzzing. I took it back and they've kept it for a week now because of various issues they've had (I was expecting it to be fixed next day as they were really quick the first time). Although frustrating, they have offered me a discount and even a replacement iPhone with my SIM in it to get me by while they wait for a new screen to be delivered.

Luckily, it was just a new battery charger and my laptop didn't need an internal clean after the cleaned out the vents (for free) stopping it for over heating! Ive used Acefast services on a few occasions over the last few months, Always very professional and efficient. But today i was overly impressed i put my phone in to be repaired, Within an hour i got an email saying it was ready for collection but i never got the usual invoice, When calling to find out they said it was just a loose wire, So they wouldnt charge me anything. Not only are they a great service but they are also very honest, They could have lied and said it was a fault to gain money and i would have happily paid not knowing any difference. I took my wife's Z3 Compact here as she had dropped it and completely shattered the front screen. We had shopped around and been quoted some stupid numbers and timescales (over £100 and at least 4 days to order screen and repair). I called Acefast and they told me that I could drop the phone off, and as they had the screen in stock, could repair it within 24 hours. The job was completed within the quoted timescales, the price was more than reasonable and the quality of the repair is A+. I would highly recommend their services and will take any phone repairs (if and hopefully not needed) to them. Top job chaps.

More impressive than the super-fast replacement of my iPhone 6 cracked screen (one hour while I waited, without any appointment) was the way they then dealt with a warranty issue. The new screen wasn't responding properly for some reason, which was extremely frustrating. I took the phone back after 6 weeks, again without an appointment, and they instantly fitted another new screen within 30 minutes. There was no hassle, no questions: just fast, trouble-free, professional follow up on the original repair. The iPhone is now working perfectly (the replacement screen must have been a faulty part, which I guess happens). Seeing how they dealt with this means I'd recommend them to anyone. Thank you. It's a great set-up they have there.

One week ago (30 May 2017) I brought my laptop to these guys. It'd got caught in a shower the Friday before and a number of keys weren't working. One week later and it's in my hands, perfectly fixed. Everything working how it should be, no data lost, as if nothing ever happened. They were great with communication - I was't even home before they called me to tell me how long it would take them to fix it and how much it would cost - and when I went to pick it up on my moped and it was chucking it down they gave me some plastic bags to wrap it in so it wouldn't get soaked again. Absolutely fantastic service, solid and reasonable pricing, 10/10, would use again.

A broken iPhone presents a dilemma; how much will it cost to repair and how much do I have to spend to find out? Many repair shops either want money just to look at it or want to send it away for 4 or 5 days just to get a diagnosis. Within half an hour with Acefast, I had my answer. They replaced the screen to see if that did the trick (no charge) and when it didn't, they advised that it was obviously a more deep-rooted problem which could end up costing more than the 'phone was worth. At that point I could have walked out of the shop, having had expert advice at no cost. As it was, I spotted the perfect solution; they had a second hand iPhone 5S (on my network) for a very reasonable price. Problem solved! All in all an excellent experience and highly recommended.

Fantastic repair centre, I have brought broken phones, laptops, tablets, and an IMac to them over the past two years, all were repaired quickly, efficiently and at very competitive price. Had damaged the Home button on my Old IPad 2, was given a quote for worst case scenario of £100, which was a new home button, and a replacement front screen, as they were prone to cracking on removal. I was told to come back in four hours as they had work in front of me, but I would rather they take their time then cost me more money, and I did just turn up at midday. Under closer inspection all I needed was the home button realigned total cost £15, Very friendly polite staff who obviously could see I didn't know what I was talking about.

Sim not reading in HTC, I state to Benjamin that it's an old phone that's only worth £40 to £50 and not worth spending much on, he says charge will be £15 diagnostic and £12 to £15 for the sim reader part. However once fixed Benjamin say's that the phone didn't need any parts as the reader was just loose and putting it back together sorted the issue. I ask about the bill, Benjamin tell's me it's £35, £5 more than max stated and yet no parts were used. When I complained Benjamin said there is a labour charge of £35 which nobody mentioned before and he showed no care or consideration, just stood there like a sulky teenager. The bill should have just been £15 to diagnose as there was no extra work involved and that was the price originally stated. I feel they have ripped me off and been dishonest. A shame considering most of there reviews were decent, I guess Benjamin needed to make a little extra pocket money for the weekend. I won't be using this unreliable outfit again. UPDATE 19th April 2018. Followng a reply from Acefast (James I think), I acepted his invitation to go see him to talk about the issue. Have to be honest and say that he was very apologetic and decent. End result is an explanation, apology and a refund over an overcharge. This gives me the confidence to say that I would try them again, Though if I did then I'd be dealing with James. The delay in updaing this review was a Google issue as it kept telling me I had no review to update, Yet today Google emails me the review link and thanks me for writing it.

Really happy with these guys, iPad seems fine and an excellent explanation of the price difference between them and the other (national) service we used. FUNNILY ENOUGH… a day after we picked up the iPad from Acefast, we had a call from the National service, who have our other virtually brand new iPad my wife sent them for an identical screen repair. Amazingly this national company had ‘found’ that this nearly new iPads battery was ‘almost at the end of it’s life’ and could be replaced for just an extra £39.99… I smell a scam and we still dont have it back… So, buy local and I can recommend Acefast!

recently dropped my iPhone 5c off it was a bit cracked and the touch was glitching out and my microphone was working they fix all of that and it was working until i noticed that the iPhone wasn't charging it kept going down so took a different charger and my phone still wouldn't work so i left it overnight to charge and was still not charging the battery kept on going down. the iPhone said that my phone was charging but it didn't go up in percentage and it kept going down.so now i have to go back because they done something to the battery on the phone.
