All of the staff were super friendly and helpful! Chris was especially personable and knowledgeable. He helped with getting my phone fixed (software update problems) as quickly as possible and without having to do a factory reset! I’m very impressed with their service and would definitely return in the future!

The team in the Istore were fantastic start to finish. After my laptop developed a fault which Apple were extremely unhelpful in dealing with due to having no Apple care or warranty on the laptop. Additionally not informing me of the Diagnostic fees from Istore when THEY booked the appointment! - I was not pleased (With Apple). After a failed consumer law claim and Extremely poor service from Apple regarding the cost of a 'Top Case replacement' which my laptop required (costing some £700! Parts and labour) I was left out of luck and pocket. Chris, Tom and the team at Istore were the only part of the journey that was pleasant and straightforward. They were supportive and helpful despite the severe issues I had with Apple. I was advised to speak with "Barry" the store manager regarding whether I could receive a refund of £90 for the diagnostic fee as I wasn't going to pay £700 on an already £2000 computer for repairs. So complete at his mercy I emailed requesting whether they would consider refunding this. No fault of Istore at all and certainly no obligation to refund me, however out of pure generosity, Barry called me personally and offered to refund this. I CANNOT thank the team and Barry enough for their kindness. Faith is restored in humanity and although I still have a damaged computer, the £90 back is a big deal and I am forever grateful. Will certainly come and see these guys for my next MacBook.

I spoke with someone called Mac, he was so helpful, he assured me that he would help me any way he could and ensured I wouldn’t be without a phone while mine was being repaired. He offered me free advice and tried to keep my cost down to a minimum when thinking about options to repair my phone.

I have had long and varied problems with my MacBook Air resulting in visits/repairs to 4 x different iStores and ultimately the purchase of a new machine. All Apple technicians have been helpful and skilled but I would particularly like to praise the dedication, skills, care, friendliness and sense of humour provided by Tom at the Ipswich iStore. Due to supply issues and various other set-up problems I have visited Ipswich 5 x times in the past 2 x weeks. Tom volunteered to come into store on his day off to help finalise the set up which I feel is exemplary service and deserves the highest commendation.

Yesterday I received excellent technical support for my two ipads. I am not very IT savvy and Mac's patience in setting up the devices to safeguard my learning disabled daughter's use of the internet was magnificent! His resourcefulness and advice were invaluable. We hit a most unusual obstacle - created by istore staff four years ago to prevent unauthorised tweaking of the device! - and Mac called in Tom. (The only clue to what had been set up was my vague description in lay terms recorded at the time in an email.) Neither had encountered this phenomenon before but they found a way to unlock the ipad for me so that it could access apps once again. I am indebted to Mac and Tom and highly commend these Ipswich iStore staff to you.

Fantastic service from the team here. Essentially I had a problem with my iPhone battery, I was speaking with Apple directly regarding the issue and they told me to pop down to the iStore, as soon as I went there, one of the technicians ran a diagnostic and gave me a free battery replacement (under Apple warranty). Asked the guys various questions in regards to how to maintain the battery and some of their other products, very helpful & knowledgable!

I'd recommend you use this store instead as the Colchester tried telling my son his phone needed a full body repair without even running a diagnostic!

Brilliant Prompt Service! During lockdown 2.0 I took my mac in for urgent screen repair/replacmenet at 14:40 on Wednesday. I was told it would take 3-5 working days to repair, to my despair! Within 24 hours I was back at iStore collecting my fixed laptop! You cant get much better than that given my local apple store was closed for business!! Having experienced many weeks of frustration and distress with my daughter's phone and used all the on-line faciities to try and re-start her phone, we were advised by a friend to try the apple shop. I phoned in advance to check to see if we needed an appointment to discover that we were welcome to drop in and seek advice and assistance by an extremely helpful assistant. On arrival we found the young guy we had spoken to on the phone and he went through our options thoroughly.He checked various things and then went on to do a software clean for us which took 30 mins. He had forewarned us that this wasn't always successful and on return we found that it had been a partial success. Only after he had taken the time to show my daughter some steps which she could take to regain some more use from the phone did he move on to another customer. He was very helpful and kind and managed to get the phone to do its updates, restart and solve a problem with a persistent network bug. He was brilliant! A very happy daughter and a working phone. Thank you very much.

Absolutely delighted with the service I have received from Pedro, Scott and all the staff at this store over the past few weeks. I was trading in my heavy and very slow 7 year old 15" MacBook Pro for a lightweight 15" MacBook Pro . My youngest IT tech savy son drove up from London to take everything off my old Mac before we drove into Ipswich to buy the new Mac. My son was rather anxious that they may wish to keep the hard drive but they were most co-operative and said they usually remove it anyway and handed it back to us. They also gave me a superb and most acceptable trade-in price for my old Mac. I'm thrilled with my updated Mac and it's whizzo quick too! I really cannot say enough good about this store and it's staff, and would have no hesitation at all in recommending anyone to pop in there for a chat and advice.
