H. B.During many years in business I frequently had dealings with Computer/Technology companies. JM Restart are among the very best. Matthew Baker recently installed a new computer system for me. Due to very slow and erratic broadband this was not straightforward, but his expertise, not to mention patience, was impressive. Matthew also had the ability to explain things in a way that was understandable, very welcome in those of us not endowed with 'techno-speak!' This is a Company that very definitely goes the extra mile. I recommend them very highly.
S.I had trouble with my PC (I'm from Harwich) and Matthew came to collect my PC hours after I called, on a Saturday no less! A job I thought hopeless and would take a few days took Matthew only 2 hours on the Monday and I had my PC back and working perfectly by the evening.
I honestly couldn't recommend these guys more, they're utterly faultless. Will be calling again if anything else goes wrong with the new rig. Professional, knowledgeable and easily recommendable, thanks guys!
