Lucid are excellent for IT support. I have just got them to set up a new device to mirror my current one and replicate everything depending on which one I use. Gives me more resilience. Super efficient, extremely helpful checking every drive, document and app downloading those for me that were needed. When I was testing the IT for a training course I was due to deliver, I realised there was a mismatch between the software I used on remote sessions, compared to local sessions. And of course this happened last thing just before I was due to finish for the weekend!
Dale very patiently went through all the potential problems, sorted out all the software issues and made sure a beautifully working set of software on my local session (and therefore training presentation) was ready for Monday.
To put this into context, if he hadn’t fixed this problem, I would have had to deliver this course with Zoom / a powerpoint with speaker notes / a second website voting app all open at the same time…. On a teeny laptop screen!
I am so grateful that Dale was prepared to get to the bottom of the problem and made sure it was fixed. Thank you!

In September/October 2014 Lucid Systems replaced our three servers with virtual servers in one box, but still on our site. As well as updating our microsoft server software to the latest versions, they also had to migrate our legal case management database, our digital dictation system and various other third party software packages. Exchange had to be moved in stages from V2003 to 2014.
Like all complicated jobs there were problems and unforeseeable challenges but the Lucid team used their extensive knowledge and experience to overcome those.
They were patient and polite throughout.
We have contracted them to provide ongoing maintenance, off-site backups etc.
