Macfinder review: Bought an iMac, arrived with wrong specs. Contacted them immediately, they were extremely helpful and they rectified the various issues as soon as they could, so 5-6 stars for this. But 4 stars because it has caused a bit of inconvenience and shouldn't have happened in the first place. However, In terms of pricing and product quality, I will give 5-6 stars. Customer services definitely 6 stars +. Reliability also 6 stars. Highly recommended.

Today I received a full replacement set of 8 x 4GB modules, all matching (same manufacturer, same heat-sinks, etc) Astonishing response, couriered to me at their expense. Decent products but great customer service! Ordered a refurbished Macbook from them but it had a faulty battery that would discharge very quickly. I asked them for a refund which they provided immediately and I then ordered a more recent Macbook model from them which works great. Would certainly recommend MacBank! Removed one star because the battery of the first laptop I ordered wasn't (properly) checked before shipping.

MacFinder is an excellent company, I purchased a refurbished Mac Pro 5,1 (2009) from them a few months that has greatly sped up my workflow significantly. I've had a couple of technical issues with the machine which can be expected with a 10 year old computer, but every time I have had a problem their technical team have been able to guide me through it in no time over the phone.

I have bought two refurbished macs from this company. They fitted a better graphics card to my mac pro at my request and didn't charge any extra for it, and the mac mini I later bought from them was slightly better than in the description. When my mac pro stopped working, due to a software problem, they were straight on the case and Mateusz went above and beyond to solve the problem, even sending out a part by next-day courier so that I could get it working quickly. I can't recommend this company enough, and have two far better macs than I could've got from Apple's own refurb department. The three people I've dealt with (Charles, Dayle and Mateusz) have all be really, really helpful and friendly. Cheers!

Buying from another country is always a risk and on a friend's recommendation I bought two Macbook Pro laptops from MacBank. After a few days, one of them showed an erratic touch pad behaviour. I contacted MacBank and was sent a return courier label. They replaced trackpad and battery (just in case...). There was no quibble, just prompt, excellent and professional service. I will use them again when I need to and recommend them fulsomely.

I have ordered and received four different items from MacBank in the course of the past two years. My experience with each of these orders has been 100% positive: Three out of the four items (refurbished iMac, Mac Pro, iPad) were exactly as described and work perfectly, the most recently ordered item (refurbished MacBook) has an issue. The phone conversation with one of MacBank's technicians regarding the MacBook was friendly and helpful, altogether very pleasant. He immediately offered a full replacement of the unit, including payment for delivery, respectively collection. My over all experience with MacBank is that they not only provide excellent customer service but also are professional and reliable. For all of these reasons I prefer buying from MacBank, even if I would get a similar item possibly a little cheaper from a super bargain seller on eBay. MacBank is excellent, I fully recommend this business and will definitely buy from them again. 👍

Recently purchased MacBook Pro 17" as mine just died and needed urgently 17" screen for my work. Delivery and comms super fast and efficient! The only reason I am giving little lower rating is that you loose your warranty if you want to upgrade your RAM. Simply MacBank applies a sticker on the back of your laptop saying that their warranty is void if removed. Obviously there is no way to open up the back lid without damaging the sticker. I find it little ridiculous especially the laptop comes with 8GB and MacBank would't even offer to buy my old Mac.

Couple of niggles were sorted very quickly (website said miniDisplay Port, was actually a Display Port) but quickly sorted. Also ordered an Angelbird Dual 2.5” PCIe adapter which arrived very quickly & does exactly what I hoped. Top Service, would definitely use again & recommend to others. Buy with confidence!

I’ve bought 2 macs ( one mac pro and one mac book pro) in the last year. The mac pro 12 cores with 96Gb ram, and 1Tb ssd runs perfect. The same benchmark than a MacPro2016 by a little part of its price. A few months later I’d ordered a macbook pro 4cores. When it arrived I realized a little problem with the screen. I contacted Macbank and they told me to send it back and get a complete refund. Completely reliable and safe.
