It was difficult finding a Class I IPS panel for my Dell laptop, as most places only stock Class II. Require IT Ltd had the part I required and delivered it promptly. I ordered a new LCD via their eBay store to replace the broken one on my daughters laptop and it made a nice change that I was contacted straight away to confirm details of the broken screen so they could confirm compatibility (this saves everyones time being wasted if there would have been an issue) but everything was confirmed and I received the LCD the following day (in very protective packaging), within an hour my I had fitted the new LCD and my daughters laptop was back in use. honestly this company is amazing. i have bought 2 laptop screens in the past year or 2 and both have been absolutely amazing quality. here is the best bit though. i bought a screen from them 7 months ago and my screen started flickering and going black and grey. i ring them and ask if they have a screen in stock so i could buy it. they go on to tell me that my broken screen was out of warranty. the man on the phone said look, because you have already bought a few screens off us we are going to give you this screen FOR FREE (normally £80)!!!!! obviously i was shocked and surprised by this amazing gesture i didn't know what to say! honestly what a company! the office is always ultra polite when i call to speak to them and the service is second to none! the items you buy from these amazing people always turn up very well packaged and mega fast. i always get my item the next day. never ever had a bad experience with require it! honestly, if you can support a small uk business please do it! you will never ever get this type of service from any other company. i will always use these guys in the future, overall amazing business and amazing people! all in all it took 2 days from me sending them the faulty screen to me getting the brand new screen free. thank you very much!

They are professional have good customer service, and you can really tell the experience they have with replacement screens/panels. This is the place you should go to for any screens, forget the rest.. Had a smashed laptop screen, very rare screen required, nobody would attempt the repair or supply a screen , got in touch with Require IT and they came up with the goods, they got me to send photos of the screen and came up with a match, but it required removing some metal supports off the old screen, they even researched and told me how to do it by softening the glue and using gentle force. In the end, I had bought the screen and having the added support from the customer service was great as it definitely stopped any sorts of worries of receiving a defective screen. I wanted an upgraded Full HD display panel for my new (refurb) Lenovo X250 - I bought one from a seller on Amazon but when it arrived it was not the correct size, despite being listed as compatible. I don't know about your buying experience when it comes to replacing your laptop screen but mine came with a little story. It is about 15 months ago, after a water spillage accident on the laptop, when the laptop display started to act funny, on some day's it works normal and on other days just a part of the screen display's stuff the rest is just black. On the worst days, none of the display part could display a thing! As usual I took the laptop to the local repair shops by then in Dar-es-salaam, none of the shops could get me the exact match for a replacement. They kept telling me to check with them after a month or so they would have a screen replacement for my laptop. This wasn't much of an issue since I had another laptop that I was using for my work but I missed my ultra thin laptop which is very handy for a person that travels as much as I do! In my travels around East Africa, I tried looking for the replacement screen in Kenya, i checked with my contacts in Kericho, no luck, I tried in Nairobi and Mombasa, yet again no success, I tried in Nakuru, they too didn't have the exact match for a replacement. When buying locally became unsuccessful, I started searching online. This too wasn't easy and straight forward. I made several inquiries to various sellers (amazon, Aliexpress and eBay) the responses ranged from that specific model replacement screen is out of stock to we do not ship to Kenya. I was almost giving up on getting the replacement until when I finally contacted "bumblesale" on eBay (eBay name for Require IT) who provided me with prompt response on stock availability and shipping to my location, they didn't just jump to shipping a screen without double checking the model/serial number to ensure they ship the correct "exact display screen replacement" for my laptop and at a very reasonable price too! Purchased a new 17.3" LED LCD screen, via eBay, for a 4 year old Dell laptop (LED backlight had failed). Although the screen I received didn't have exactly the same part number as the original, it was an equivalent from a different manufacturer and it also had a proper Dell part number on the label. Hoping this a good sign and the LED backlight may last longer from this manufacturer! Laptop now works perfectly well and the screen looks great with no dead pixels. One of the main reasons for choosing Require IT was their guaranteed DPD next day delivery, and this did not disappoint. Screen arrived in less than 24 hours with a 1 hour delivery slot from DPD and was well packed with protective cover/bag in bubble wrap in a cardboard box. The only reason for 4 stars, and not 5, was the higher price. If you love and use ThinkPads, one of the reasons you probably do is because years after the fact, you can still buy the replacement parts and fix or upgrade your machine. A ThinkPad doesn't really die, it ages gracefully and can be kept running for a long time with proper care and maintenance. One nice aspect of many ThinkPads is that you can easily replace and, in many cases, upgrade the LCD. This is especially true if you got a model with one of the low-end TN LCD panels. It can be little more than a matter of ordering the right replacement and watching a good YouTube video to take your ThinkPad's crummy, baseline 720p TN LCD and upgrade it to a gorgeous, 1080p IPS panel. The key here is that you get your panel from a reliable source. There are plenty of vendors selling replacement panels on eBay, Amazon, and elsewhere. Many will advertise that they're selling a replacement for a particular LG panel, as these are commonly found in ThinkPads both as low end 720p TN panels and high-end 1080p IPS panels. However, as the buyer, you need to be careful. Some sellers will ship you a prior version of a given panel. This may not be desirable because the panel could have bleed issues. Another seller might ship you a panel with the same specs and the proper connector, but it might not have exactly the same dimensions, thus necessitating double stick tape to mount the panel so it doesn't slide around (yes, one seller actually offered me this as a solution). The safest thing to do is to locate the FRU # (field replacement unit) for the panel you want (e.g. if you are upgrading to a 1080p IPS display on a ThinkPad X250, the FRU is 00HN899) and purchase said panel from a seller who will confirm that they are going to send you that exact panel. This is especially critical as Lenovo has implemented panel white listing on some ThinkPads. This means that while the panel may work correctly, you won't have brightness controls under some versions of Windows. In effect, you'll run your panel at 100% brightness all the time, thus running down your battery faster, something that is wholly unnecessary on the right LG IPS panels. So, this is where Require IT comes in. They list the FRU numbers for the ThinkPad-compatible panels they sell and will confirm whether or not these panels will work as expected in a given model. You need that guarantee to know that once you've removed your ThinkPad's display bezel, disconnected the old panel, carefully plugged in the new panel, and then re-assembled everything that you're going to have a 100% functional display. You definitely want that new panel to fit exactly as the old one without needing anything that isn't already inside your ThinkPad. With some sellers, this can be hit or miss. With Require IT, you should feel confident that if you order the panel with the correct FRU for your ThinkPad (you can verify this in Lenovo's support documentation and on a reliable forum like r/ThinkPad), the time you invest in doing the uprade/replacement will result in you having a ThinkPad with a brand new display (that looks gorgeous, too, if you upgrade to IPS) that works exactly as if it came that way from the Lenovo factory.
