Amazing Service I highly recommend. My laptop died out of the blue, he was able to look at it and fix my laptop in only 3 days. As well as recovering what I needed and installing windows, plus origin so I wouldn't have any issues when I got home. He also gave me an updated version of the hard drive I had before, so it shouldn't happen again and be faster too. Really can not recommend enough saved me a lot of money and time, so glad to have my laptop back and its even better then before now. So thank you very much! 5* review highly deserved

No way are these people problem capitalists! Knowledgeable and honest! My line out ports are mangled and they offered me a speedy and cost free alternative! Inquired about the repair and labour costs, he almost refused to fix it. Would've been hundreds to fix an easy problem. Just told me to load up a particular program and retask the port function. Worked perfectly! Highly recommend these guys!

Good value and great service. Went in with a faulty power supply pc wouldn't turn on anymore, came out with a fully working pc. Also cleaned all the dust and debris out of my machine and updated my windows/bios at no extra charge. Very polite and professional service from James happy.

I cant thank James enough!! My laptop is super old and died because of some windows 10 update. I was devastated as I had a lot of very personal and memorable pictures, videos and Uni stuffs on it! I called company first and he asked me to pop in! He was very good in explaining for non-tech person, very honest and gave me updates on the phone while he was doing it! ! Extremly nice,honest and professional!! After 2hrs I could collect my files with only couple pictures not working, most of it is fine!! I am extremly greatful for that!! I dont know what I would do If i lost that files!! Totally recommend it!! He is an honest life-saver!!

Skilful service. As a visitor to Ipswich I got hijacked by a sudden dead Maclaptop hard drive, and had to take an anguished punt after surveying the local computer fixers and chose this service. After fixing my wifes computer I took my old but reasonable specced toshiba laptop running widows 7 very slowly. They stored all my documents, removed the old system and upgraded to windows 10, throwing in some extra RAM. Its a new computer now, fast, up to date and saved me a fortune as no need to buy a new one now! Many thanks, fantastic service.
