Received excellent guidance from them on the model/spec of laptop I would need based on my intended use, resulting in me opting for a laptop several hundred pounds cheaper than the one I was intending to purchase. Better still they then managed to save me a further £50 on the advertised list price & arranged for next day delivery. Really highly recommended.

M. B.My daughter needed a laptop screen replacement and had less than 2 weeks for it to be done before leaving the country. We thought she would need to take it with her and have it repaired while away until Nick Allman came to the rescue. He literally pulled out all the stops to ensure the posting of the laptop to and from CATS went without any delays and for the new screen to be ordered before the laptop arrived with them. Less than a day of repair work meant the working laptop was returned that same week and in plenty of time before my daughter flew off. Please also note that this was all done the week before Christmas when most companies are winding down - specifically laptop sent on the 20th December and returned on 23rd December! Simply mind blowing, incredible service - absolutely top marks to Nick and his team!

All emails were answred promptly and he quickly dealt with a change in request at the end of the process. We will be informing our insurers of this positive experience.
