A. M.I was very happy with Console Portal from start to finish. I sent my son's Nintendo Switch off to have a new game card reader installed. The team were fantastic & did exactly as they set out today. Easy to contact by phone or email. Always responded to messages.
Also checked that if we received the item back & asked questions about the courier service in which we replied. Very well recommended. Thanks for a easy transaction. Mr A Mills

M. R.Cannot recommend this business highly enough. Console Portal went above & beyond repairing my son's Nintendo Switch (my son is autistic & being without his switch was a huge deal to him). From collection at my home (which they organised) to delivery a few days later (& if it hadn't have been for the postal strike it would've been back even sooner) they kept me informed every step of the way, & made sure it was returned to me with not only the charging port fixed but a full check, clean & sorted out a sticking button that I didn't even know was faulty. Honestly, if I could give more than 5 stars I would & will not hesitate to use this company again. They were very competitively priced, offer a longer warranty than any competitor I found, worked within the timescale originally given (& Sam kept me updated at every stage) & their customer service was exemplary. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
a. b.Dipped my toe by sending in a faulty joy-con and was so impressed i sent in a switch with sd card issues and was impressed yet again! With a door collection option for the pick up (i opted out due to driving past a post office the next day) and next day postage when repairs complete. 110% recommend and will use again in future!

I was told the 2 options it could be, which helped me understand the issue, I then left the switch with the guy at Console Portal and he told me it’d be ready the next day - which it was! I was very happy with this service and the speed of the repair!
C. H.My PS4 was broken for 4 months after a nasty fall and the HDMI was ruined. Had a few quotes from all sorts of places telling me £150+ to get it fixed, so I ended up just leaving it. Luckily, I came across Console Portal, and the staff were really friendly and knowledgeable over the phone. Informed me of what the fault seemed to be from me describing it to them, what services they offer, and a quote. I went over the next day, and less than 24 hours I got a call to come and collect! They also cleaned the inside for me with no extra charge, so it’s running quieter and better than it has in years. All for £60! I can’t recommend them enough and I know who I’m going to when I need something fixed.

A.Great customer service, kept me up to date with the repair as it went along. Very very quick. Unfortunately the console was beyond it but they didn't charge me a penny, totally worth the half hour drive and will go again if I ever have problems.
