Contacted Shaun after recommendations by other people in the area. I was not disappointed. What a very pleasant young man. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my internet and wireless set up. He did not confuse me with lots of tech jargon but was able to advise a way forward without charging a fortune. I would certainly recommend him to anyone else and use him myself in the future

I contacted Shaun when I started to have problems with my laptop. We talked through the options I had to speed up, upgrade and refurbish it without it costing me a fortune. I opted to have a new solid state hard drive installed and a general up date of my software. I also purchased a lifetime licence of Office 365. Shaun had my laptop sorted in 24 hours and I just cannot thank him enough. It’s running like a dream. It’s so incredibly quick, no more chugging along. I was so impressed I gave him my old laptop to have a look at which I thought had died. 24 hours later that too was running brilliantly. The full fixing and upgrade of both was far far cheaper than going and buying a cheap replacement. In fact I sold my old laptop and it basically paid for sorting the two out!! I cannot recommend Shaun highly enough. His knowledge, expertise and customer service is second to non!! Thank you Shaun, it was a pleasure dealing with you.
