Absolutely fantastic local shop, very friendly staff who will go the extra mile for you. I would hundred percent recommend this shop to everyone. We have had repairs done here with a very fast service and all explained well. As well as repairs they sell computers and accessories too, I would always try here first. Great customer service.

I had a gaming pc put together a while back and i've been nothing but pleased with it. All my questions were answered faster than i expected, the service was friendly and unlike other places, didn't make me feel like i knew nothing about computers. Furthermore the price was £30 cheaper than the other places i checked. The best part though was the fact it's the only place that would use parts from my old computer, which saved me a lot of money (some places said they wouldn't use parts that i supplied and then tried to overcharge me for those components). Thank you very much :)

Took my laptop in as it kept crashing or hanging. Had it reset and Windows 10 put on for no extra cost. Worked well after this but found it started overheating when playing civ 4 so had another look for free and it worked great after this. Very good service and easy to get in touch with.

I took my PS4 in for repair as it sounded like a jet engine, and wasn't reading discs well. It was repaired the same day for a very reasonable price. It's now 2 weeks since the repair and it's running perfectly. Great service and highly recommend!

Thanks Dan for getting my old pc updated. Its getting on a bit now (like me) but want to try and keep it for a while longer. I have been a customer for quite a few years and have had 2 computers built by these people and I find they are all very helpful and won't say they can fix it if it can't be fixed. Called into Xgates Computers on the off chance they repaired phones as Sony quoted £90 for a repair. £65 less than Sony and 1 full working day later and my phone was back good as new. I would highly recommend 'Xgates Computers' to anyone out there that is having problems with their Computer/Lap Top !!! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, explain everything thoroughly (also in Laymans terms) and are extremely friendly !!!
