I phoned in today to check stock on beko washing machine carbon brushes, not only did they have them for my particular model, they were genuine parts!!. Very happy with the service. The kind lady that owns and runs the place went out of her way and explained how to fit the parts and what to do if I encountered any problems. The prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely be purchasing any parts I would require for any of my appliances in the future from here.

At first view the web site is very old school but use the contact option and they will be back to you in no time al all. Rather than having to buy way more than I needed I was able to order just the plastic parts I needed for our Bosch dishwasher. It is the people behind the web site that make this work. Great people, great price, great experience.
