Ridiculously busy. You have to book an appointment to see/speak to a member of staff. Not a particularly relaxing shopping experience (I think I'd rather purchase in john lewis) but staff were helpful when they were available.

Had a great experience here. Came to pick up Air Tags and was served by Jay. He efficiently gave us what we came for and then continued to answer our questions on other products we were interested in. Also offered his own thoughts. Great service. Not pushy at all. What can I say about the Apple store? Google asked me to review the store as it identified I visited yesterday. So here we go. I was in the store next door and don't think I even looked in the Apple store as I passed it, but had I have of I think I would say its a fine store, a fine store to buy Apple products. That's it.
The geniuses, well I'm not sure they are, I would call them sales people but that might hurt their feelings so let's say I didn't just say that.

Amazing customer service. First time I've had to visit; daughter's phone had a problem and thankfully still under warranty! Alex served us and was great. So professional and helpful. Problem couldn't be solved so they replaced the phone and helped get my daughter set up. Had our appointment at 10.20am and collected phone at 12!!!! How's that for service?!!?

I visited last week because the touch screen on my iPhone had a fault. I was approached by a member of staff who was friendly and professional, and pointed towards Prit who booked me in for an appointment within an hour.
Coming back for my appointment, I was seen by Pedro I think? He was also professional and friendly. He explained my problem in more detail, guided me through the diagnostics he was performing, and booked me in for a repair there and then. My screen was replaced and I was on my way within 2 hours of entering the shop that day.
Great service. Very friendly, and professional. Would definitely recommend for repairs, or even just a chat about products. Very knowledgable team. Thanks guys!

Went in for a battery replacement on the current offer for free replacements. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were told it would take an hour.
When we got back, they said the phone wouldn't start up again after the repair, so presented us with a brand new phone of the same specification, no quibbling. Pretty good for a free repair on a 2+ year old phone.

Since the covid lockdown I’ve been ordering on line, brilliant service and very efficient.
The only down fall was I ordered a Iphone 11 and when I received my order and opened it I noticed the item doesn’t come with a plug wasn’t actually stated on there web page, the phone wasn’t cheap and Apple should state this for customers.

Excellent customer service. Had an appointment at the Genius Bar and, despite it being a very busy Saturday morning, I was seen at my appointment time. Blake gave me all the time I needed to explain everything and then my phone was taken away for an hour for repair. On collection, this was dealt with swiftly. Every member of staff very friendly and helpful.

Staff were decent. Fairly dismissive and a bit blunt and rude but nothing extreme. Went in for a friends phone screen being fixed and because he mentioned he got the screen replaced by a third party the server dropped everything and just basically told us to leave and if he was gonna do anything at all he would need paying.

My daughters iPhone even had a hardware issue after just a year of ownership. We drove quite some miles to get to this store but it was worthwhile. Their assistance and excellent customer service got us sorted in no time at all. It made me think that I should go to Apple once I need a new device. Their automated system needs a bit of tweaking but other than that, it was superb. Well done Apple store of Leicester. Top job.

The genius' in this store are particularly genius! I've been here multiple times and had some quite complex repairs (including a logic board replacement) completed on the same day. Latest appointment today and I had my MBP display replaced in under 20 minutes. Incredible service, just really fantastic.

I’m so grateful to the service I received, went in just after 6 - close to closing time and needed my whole laptop reset and then the software reinstalled and the assistant literally helped me for about 40 minutes and did it all for me when what I needed doing actually required a pre-booked appointment. This store is always busy and I have visited twice now to ask them to repair my iPhone but was unable to get anyone to speak to - always booked up with online ‘appointments’ - thought that was just for doctors! Apparently Apple can do no wrong, but don’t expect immediate help at this store...

Very helpful in getting my iMac repaired using Genius Bar. The repair itself took less than a week and the staff there are A+ in helping you. This is sort of aftercare is exactly how apple has secured me as a repeat buyer. After trying samsung for the last 3 years I cannot wait for my next iPhone as I have seen that apple’s customer service is superior.

The Products are always great since the invention of Apple smartphones till now. Apart from this the customer service of the staff working here is fantastic and they are very active. But the prices of repairing the devices is very high that is the only bad thing about it.

Excellent service. Took a iPhone 6 in with broken screen with no appointment booked. Was seen within the hour and they replaced the phone free of charge. the outer frame had a slight bend which meant a new screen wouldn't fit properly. In all fairness the only reason it was bent was due to us however they still changed it for us at no cost to get us. Exceptional service and another happy customer and loyal Apple owner

As a symbol of generally how expensive everything is going to be in the shop, there are seemingly 100s of people working here, you can't move 5 feet for a friendly face in an Apple shirt. To be fair they are helpful, but then again, you're paying a premium aren't you?

Went with a very frazzled best friend to an appointment on Tuesday to deal with numerous phone, iPad and laptop problems that were really getting her down. The charming, calm and very patient Tommy H spent over 45 minutes sorting it all out, explaining what he was doing and reassuring her that all her problems could be solved. We really appreciated his positive and friendly professionalism.

As a regular visitor in the store I find at times that despite 2 staff to every customer you still can't get served for a while and due to how they operate by the time you have spoken to someone they are off either getting advice, speaking to another staff that you get passed to or they are off to get your new purchase. The interaction time is very minimal.
Should you ever have an issue that need one of their Genius Bar staff take a number and hopefully it's not a critical error on your device that needs urgent attention as you could be waiting a while.

Typical apple store, as usual it's always a pleasure to visit an apple store to test their devices and play with everything. It is a bit crowded due to the small area but it's interesting. The only thing not interesting about it is the customer service

Good service kind and polite but the staff lie or there not fully Knowledgeable of how the products work for example I went in to the Apple store for a case for my iPad and one of employees try to persuade me to get AppleCare for the reason was apparently the screens are sold it on but like every product of Apple there always just connectors and I can prove this as I repair Apple products my self as a third party so making it sounds there there no other way than “Apple care” just be aware thing they say might be a lie to make you convinced

It's totally unfair to ever knock apple on any of their stores, they pride themselves in customer service and it shines in EVERY shop, this one included. I rated it 4 not because of any staff or stock issue but something that is a little less under anyone's direct control. Store size.
Apple stores and renowned to be busy all the time but because of the size of this store and it being situated in a high end shopping mall at the heart of the city it can get very busy and feel cramped. They staff however do an amazing job of getting to you as fast as they can!! Wait times aren't bad by any standards just something to bare in mind

My first experience at the Apple store was yesterday and it was faultless. The team went above and beyond to help me and accommodated my short time availability due to a prior appointment.
I used to fear going in...and now I don't know why I put it off so long.
The most poignant part for me was watching the team with a lovely elderly lady who didn't know how to use her iPad. The adapted to her understanding and I could see she was comfortable.

My entire work life was on my Mac Book which needed fixing immediately and they bent over backwards to help me out, and they were nice enough to replace a damaged cover for free which amazed me. Although it isn't the biggest apple shop in the world it is a typical apple shop, usually gets very busy at peak shopping centre times, however the staff are very helpful and friendly and willing to answer any questions asked and always try to get someone over to you if they think you have been waiting long.

Made appointment to check phone which would not charge. Travelled from Derby as Highcross is our closest Apple Store and arrived very early. Not a problem for the staff. This places is always rammed, the internet connectivity on your phone is rubbish inside this store, you'd think they would have free wifi inside...and damn I do love their laptops but the price is ridiculous, lucky for me I paid less than half price for my macbook pro which is still alive and kicking 4 years down the road. Best electronic product I have purchased in the last decade, hands down. I hope it never breaks because paying full price for their laptops is insane and I can't imagine going back to microsoft!

It is a very busy energetic environment but at the same time the staff are very welcoming and they are experts when it comes to apple devices. My nieces ipad was locked for months and they managed to unlock it in minutes, for no charge. 👍

Went in 9:10 Saturday morning, explained problem so was told I'd see technician. Waited about 15 mins then saw really helpful guy (sorry don't remember name but wore glasses and had weird tatto on arm). He did diagnostic and worked out what it was. None of the cameras were working which was odd but they replaced the phone there and then. Can't fault service, really helpful from the minute I walked into shop

Went to Highcross store today without appointment. Attended to by assistant by the name of Nisha Gajjar could not help enough, was very refreshing to be treated like my custom was important. Excellent, efficient customer service. Visited earlier in the week to get my phone battery replaced for £25. Came back today with a broken trackpad and keyboard on my MacBook (2 years out of warranty) and a Genius called Will diagnosed and repaired the problem in a matter of minutes. Couldn’t fault it, very impressed.
