Took in my laptop to replace the fan. Sorted incredibly quickly and back with me the same day. A few days later an issue occurred with the fan. (We found out later nothing to do with the service). Took it back in, identified the issue and sorted it right away free of charge. A trustworthy service at good value.

What a really great guy he is ,just been down with son and his computer,was there must have been an hour,didn't charge us at all , took it to bits gave us a new board he knows his stuff alright ,my son said it was the best hour he's had for a long time ,made his day he smiled and laughed all the way home ,wish there were more like you ,I couldn't recommend anyone high enough cheers Charlie x

Ohhh man! this guy is super brilliant, when everybody else didn't have time for my laptop today, he squeezed me into his tight schedule and amazingly resurrected my dead laptop and only for less than the price of pizza!! I would recommend this guy a million percent.

Charlie was so honest and talked me through the problem with my laptop screen. He sorted everything out during my first visit to the shop and ordered the new digitiser. Within 3 days, the part had come and Charlie had fixed it within an hour of dropping off the laptop! It was repaired to a high quality and he wanted me to make sure I was 100% happy with what he had done before I paid. I am so pleased I can use my laptop again! Thank you :)

Had a non working business laptop as a result of a significant amount of tea being spilt over the keyboard (all I will say is kids!!!) and as a long shot was looking to see if it was potentially repairable. I was given CE's details by a colleague who had recently used their service and gave a very glowing recommendation. Based on this along with the fact that they are located 5 minutes drive from my office I gave them a call to discuss. During the initial call I was given a very honest appraisal on the limited likelihood of the laptop being repairable as a result of the circumstances involved. This enabled me to make an informed decision and from that I booked a consultation appointment for later the same day. Upon attending the business address full covid measures were in place and observed, of which was very assuring. During the consultation I was advised of my options and again given a very honest assesement. During further assessment work, that I requested to be undertaken, I was kept up to date with possible options. Added to which potential costs that could be involved were discussed with me before any work was undertaken. Whilst it was very evident that the laptop was well beyond repair every effort was made to investigate potential options to try and get it back up and running again. Overall I received a fantastic and very honest service and would have no hesitation in recommending this business. I will absolutely be looking to use them again in the future for all PC annd laptop requirements I have both personally and within my business. Thank you again for a fantastic service and for all your efforts Charlie, I really appreciate.

They are honest and trustworthy. I took my external hard drive to get fixed and they replaced one of the components from a new enclosure, but that still didn't resolve the issue for me unfortunately. They gave a full refund without any quibbling. I would definitely recommend them.
