I had an absolutely excellent experience with Matt from Dedicatech. My laptop was repaired within 24 hours. He was extremely professional and offered me advice about the laptop and its efficiency. He was very honest and quick with responding. Matt went above and beyond. I highly recommend him and will continue to use his services. This is the best service I have ever received and I will recommend him to my family and friends. Thank you Matt.

I had excellent service from Matt who sorted a factory reset on my second-hand laptop, a downloading issue, lack of storage and various other problems I was having. Matt contacted me promptly, solved everything very quickly and gave me some excellent advice. I cannot fault his techie support and help (and probably his patience!). Many thanks.

Excellent support! My desktop was badly overheating. Mat checked the system, and promptly diagnosed the problem with supporting photos and diagnostics, quoting a very reasonable repair price. He reported the completed repair with photos and diagnostics. The computer now works better than when I first bought it. Service was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. 2 years later - My computer died in the middle of a system update. Spent days trying and failing to reinstall the system. Found a RAM error, but still could not get it to work. Called Dedicatech who found the fault in the graphics card. They gave me a range of replacement options based on price and performance. Great service again. I should have called them sooner!

Did a house call at very short notice. Gave some good advice on how to maintain my laptop going forward. Didn't even charge me because he said he hadn't done any repair or diagnostic work on my machine - but he still managed to get my machine working in 5 minutes!
