M. B.First class service with a smile. Had a major issue with a PC that my businesses relies on. Rang up and spoke to Tom who advised me to take the machine to him. Promptly took the machine to Tom who after doing a few "computer type" tests advised me that the machine was not really up to what I was asking it to do (cad design). He offered a few options varying in price and by the end of the day I was back up and running.
Excellent service, great honest pricing with no hidden extras. It was a pleasure to do business with Downtown.
