Exceptional experience at Encol Computer Centre. After a serious water damage on my MacBook Air, the team did a wonderful job and I'm currently writing this review from a fully functioning machine! Great communication, punctuality, reliability and FAIR PRICE! I certainly recommend this centre.

Top service, very professional and knowledgeable staff that you can trust. I brought my laptop with a broken screen It was like new, and had just run out of warranty. Encol staff did everything possible to fix it and thanks to their thorough report inspection the insurance agreed to pay for a new one. The pricing was really good and honest. I highly recommend them !

Every time I have had a PC or laptop issue, Encol have been fast, good value and technically outstanding - they really know their stuff. Their customer service is excellent and their honesty about the repair is second to none. I would not take my lap tops anywhere else - they are a small local business to be supported because they tick all the boxes. I have nothing other than the highest praise to pass on about them because this is the standard that other PC repair businesses should meet but don't.

Wow, what efficient service! I brought in a broken laptop late Tuesday and they tested it, ordered a replacement battery (only after calling me to confirm I was happy with the price of it) and all fixed up by Friday. The staff certainly know their business and were so helpful, also they did not charge anything extra or introduce hidden fees. I hope I have no more technical issues in the future, but I know where to do if I do!

We have used Encol twice. First time was for a laptop repair, about 6 months ago and today I had the screen replaced on my iPhone. The initial costumer service is friendly, polite and informative. The work carried out was superb. One thing that really stands out and secures trust confirms a good work ethic is their attention to detail...It was explained that my phone’s casing is a mm ‘out’ which means that it may be more susceptible to damage than normal if dropped. It was not noticeable to the eye but really secured my faith in them. Maybe not the cheapest place to get an iPhone repair but would not rate less than a 5 as I am convinced I would not have had a better experience.

Very pleasant and professional service. Both my iMac and Android phone needed physical repairs which have been carried out perfectly(new power supply for Mac and replacement of cracked screen for Sony Z3). Also the operating systems of both these devices have come back fine tuned for optimum performance that they are now working so fast and efficient it is like owning brand new purchases. Would not hesitate to use them again for all my tech needs. Highly recommended.

Shattered my iPhone screen. Recommended by a friend, I went to this Encol shop midday and got a quote within an hour. The screen was soon fixed after the part delivery time. I was kept informed when there's a need to collect it one day later since the glue needs more time to set. Overall, a good experience. The technician is very knowledgeable and all are honest. Highly recommend.

As a professional CG artist I highly recommend Encol. I took my iMac in for an upgrade and I'm really happy with the service they provided. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and really reasonably priced. They gave me more advice than the Apple Store did and I'm really happy I decided to go with an SSD. I was impressed with how swiftly the upgrade was done. Upgrading an iMac is quite difficult as the screen has to be taken off to get to the components, but it only took a day or so and now I have a super fast machine. Thanks ever so much, I really appreciate it!

Excellent service! I went in to sort out a dodgy charging connection on my laptop. They identified the fault and provided me with the option to buy a new charger which they had in stock and did not have to order in. Not only that, once I knew the problem they provided me with excellent advice on how to most safely use the faulty charger, as I was unable ti purchase the charger at the time.

I accidently broke my USB memory stick into two pieces. The data on the device was important to me so I asked encol to help. They managed to get the data off the USB stick and even got the device working again. I immediately purchased a new USB memory stick. All this was done the same day within a couple of hours. Great service! Definitely recommend Encol.
