Absolutely brilliant service. Had james fix a couple of blown leds on my motorcycle clocks. Great professional work and even went the extra mile to make sure they worked on my bike which they do perfectly. Highly recommend.

Contacted Computer Solutions due to locality , and James was very prompt, with a time to drop off my laptop, and actually spend time to explain the fault, which was excellent, and good service to fix, and speedy repair, now Dell laptop boots up successfully , and also advise on other fault that may be wrong due to age of laptop. Highly recommended and reasonable prices. Thank you James!

Well what can I say except this company is a life saver! I had put a screen protector on my phone that wouldn't come off and the tempered glass kept shattering everytime I tried. After loosing my nails and cutting my fingers up I gave up and after asking around I was recommended JP in Earl Shilton. I was not dissapointed at all and can understand why he was recommended. I got a quick response to my SOS last night and he told me he could help, so I dropped my phone off at 9am today and then he called me when it was ready to pick up. He was really friendly and didn't make me feel stupid as some would have. Amazing value and I would deffinately recommend him again.

My laptop is integral to the running of my business, so when it started getting the blue screen of death, and running extremely hot, I wasn't sure where to take it. Then I remembered that a year or so ago I was given James' details by a friend of mine, in case I ever needed them. He had given me a good report, and that made it easier for me to trust my laptop to someone I didn't know. The repair took a few days, because there were a number of issues, but I now have it back as good as it was before. I have no hesitation in recommending James for his work ethic, and he is also extremely competitively priced. Thanks James.

Excellent service, had a broken screen on my smart phone quickly fixed with no issues. Managed to completely lock myself out of my tablet, they sorted it all out no problem. Would always take any electrical item to them for repair or problem solving.

Before going to James at JP Computer Solutions, I went to another computer store in Hinckley, who could not provide a solution to my MacBook issues. Normally I go directly to Apple for help, but as James is local, I tried him next. James was prompt in getting back to me to discuss the problem, he then offered his assistance in the matter on the same day. Not only did he solve the problem (which the other store didn't even try to), James also showed me how to fix the issue myself. Same day service, excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and friendly. Cannot recommend highly enough. Will use again in future if I have any more issues!
