A brilliant old fashioned electrical repair shop. These are few and far between these days. I have taken a few vintage hi-fi items there and they have always done an excellent job at a reasonable price. They are knowledgeable friendly and have an appreciation for vintage electrical items. I highly recommend them and will be using them again. Thank you very much!

I would give Sedgleys 6 stars if I could. We had a fault with our oven and they told me over the phone how to fix it and also had the part in stock at a very good price. They also said to call them if i got stuck and they would talk me through it. Fantastic service. The shop sells everything you need and provides fantastic advice. I saved over £100 by fixing it myself rather than call an engineer out.

In the last couple years this place have fixed my vacuum, sold us no end of obscure bulbs, supplied the parts for safe outdoor Christmas light connections, and most recently had the patience of a saint as I've been back and forth several times for advice on how to get to and identify the busted heating element of my oven, then supplied the perfect replacement part. If you need something electrical, try this place first, top quality firm, let's keep the high street full of great retailers like this.

The man in this shop is worth his weight in Gold! I had an ebike wheel which I sheared all the cables whilst riding. I needed all cables soldered back together but the job was tricky as it was in a very tight area. After a lot of failed phone calls, this chap said bring it down, I'll have a look. The bike is still going today.

Brilliant advice from Sedgeleys Blaby after our 2nd oven bulb wouldn't light and what we hadn't done after turning off at main was to reset the clock. Once we had done that it worked perfectly . Most people would have charged a call out fee for something so simple. Thanks man at Sedgeleys Hero.
