After water drenching my laptop and with no way of switching it on I initially took it to a local repairer who charged an up front fee for inspection. Ok, but then I was told as the parts were not available I would have to buy a second hand laptop which could be disassembled. Mmmm. I then got Unique Computers to have a look. Shahid is courteous, professional and told me clearly what the issues were and that parts including the logic board needed replacing, which they ordered promptly. A few days later, laptop fully repaired. If you want honesty, courtesy and a professional as well as cost-effective service, Unique Computers have to be the first one goes to. Hopefully i won’t take my laptop for another swim anytime soon, but for any repairs in the future they are number one on my list. Thanks guys.

My brand new laptop didn't restart they after I bought it! I have rang Unique computers and within and hour I had a phone call to say it was ready, I didn't ask what was wrong with it, I am just happy that it was done so quickly! They have also looked at my old laptop which isn't working properly and told me what's wrong with it and to decide what I want to do with it. Amazing service, highly recommend!

I was a little disappointed this time as I felt that communication could have been better. There were a lot of delays as they were waiting on a part which kept not turning up and every single time I had to call to find out what was happening. I was also told that they would check my hard drive for me, but then I was told if they did that they'd have to charge extra. They replacement cable and labour costs more than than I had expected. However, before when they fixed my phone, I was happy with the service.

Honestly really helpful and quick service! I spilled a fizzy drink all over my laptop and it just died! They helped me out so much and were informative about the process!! I received my laptop back with all my data intact!

As a youTuber 🎬 I rely on my iPhone 📲 every day for Recording new footage for my channel, but as you can imagine working in construction my phone gets subjected to dust and paint every day of the week which causes the mics 🎤 on the phone to get clogged reducing the quality of the video. I have a phone repair shop just up the road from my house 🏡 But I still drive 20 minutes to take any of my repairs to unique 🖥 computers. These two guys will literally go out of their way to make sure you get your device as quickly and cheaply as possible without scrimping on the quality of the repair. As you enter the shop you are greeted by well-managed individuals who always have a smile 😀 on there face. As They say if it’s not broken don’t fix it, so if your device is not broken they won’t tell you it is so they can make extra money they will just repair it this is not a shop that goes on the method of getting rich 🤑 off the customer. I went in to get the keyboard on my MacBook Pro replaced. There was a time lag to the quoted timeline as the keyboard that they originally ordered didn’t fit the laptop.I am happy with the laptop once the works were done. I felt that the service and quotation was genuine and sincere.

Went in for some advice regarding hard disk repairs and battery replacement, the man on the front desk gave excellent impartial advice with a very fair price to do the work themselves. One of the gentlemen in the back heard that I said I was hungry after work - he immediarely ran out and got me a chicken sandwich and a bottle of water. How can you beat this customer service? Definitely pop in and give these guys the support they deserve because they're absolute champs.

Spilt lager on my Mac Book during lockdown. Because of the age of it, Apple wouldn’t touch it and said I’d need to buy a new one. Curry’s PC World wouldn’t touch it either. I asked them who would and they sent me here. I was told that it could take up to two weeks due to current restrictions. 9 days later they called me to say that it was fixed!!! Excellent service, and saved me spending a £1k on a new Mac Book. Thanks

This Tuesday after a morning of intense training, I happened to go to Unique Computers at Narborough Road in Leicester to get a phone holder for my car. I enquired about places to eat nearby as I was really hungry not having had the chance to eat all day. The shopkeeper, an absolute hero, went to the backroom and actually made me a grilled chicken sandwich, served with a glass of water and some napkins. It was a fantastic gesture and went a long way towards getting me through lectures the rest of the day. I'd like to recommend the place to anyone in the Leicester area for phone repair and accessory needs. The phone holder was cheap and very good quality!

They’ve fixed my iPhone se and iPhone 6s, my iPhone se had major screen damage and didn’t work on the right side they fixed it within an hour!! Thanks so much❤️ My iPhone 6s I haven’t got back yet but the WiFi chip is broken and they’re replacing it!! It’s taken them a week to fix it but it isn’t an easy job so being honest it’s very quick and both phones only cost £105

Two good guys here. After elsewhere being quoted stupid prices to replace a DC jack (needed soldering to the motherboard) on my Samsung notebook, Unique computers did the job for a good price and within a good timescale. I am very pleased with the service and recommend them to anyone.
