Took my MacBook Pro in for speaker replacement. Very pleased with service and replacement speakers. Turnaround time was a few hours as he had the part in stock. Would highly recommend, friendly staff and excellent customer service.

Friendly staff, good quick service. Needed a new case and fans for my desktop pc, as well as new thermal paste and troubleshooting a ram issue. All done and fixed by Sam in just two days who was an apprentice at the time. Cost me £275.

Had a major bump with my custom built pc OUCHY..... Didn't know where to go and was recommended woodgate computers. I took it in straight away after trying to diagnose the issue myself as I couldn't fix it. Took it in and they diagnosed the issue [motherboard died] and resolved in straight away and got it back 4 to 5 days later with a recommended new motherboard. Professional job done and polite throughout. I do recommend this place if stuck for ideas. Pricing is fair. Thanks a lot woodgate computers

Took my old laptop in to be repaired and decided to get a new hard drive installed and a general upgrade which was very good. Unfortunately I have lost all my important emails stored in local folders on the platform I was using for emails. Having discussed this again with the shop I now realise that they had tried very hard to sort this problem out. It was the pre-existing faults on the laptop that caused most of the issues and my general lack of knowledge contributed to this. Thank you for explaining it to better to me and doing what you could.

Excellent service - took my Mac with broken screen to Apple store in Leicester and they told me that they could not repair it .... after they had told my son they could..... Took it to these guys and it was fixed and returned within a week at a fraction of the cost that Apple had told my son it would cost fix....and in a lot less time as well. I have had phones and other IT equipment fixed by these guys .... they are always my first port of call now.

Truly amazing service! I was devestated after I spilled water on husband's laptop, thinking that I'd lost him 3 years of data and work towards his PhD. I brought in the laptop at 2:15 pm, and by 3 pm, I received a phone call saying that they had identified and resolved the water damage, and that the laptop was ready to pick up the same afternoon! Needless to say I was extremely relieved and very grateful for the quick service. The gentleman behind the desk was very friendly and understanding throughout and appreciated the gravity of the situation. He also answered all of my technical questions relating to the damage and hardware. Lastly, I really liked the WhatsApp communication service as well, as it meant that it was easier to keep in touch and ask any further questions. Overall, I couldn't recommend this establishment highly enough! Thank you!

I went to the store yesterday a gave in an external drive. I was informed that it may be very expensive to retrieve the data as the hard drive had been dropped. The shop investigated the hard drive and informed me that the data can be recovered but it would be very expensive. I would highly recommend Woodgate Computers as they are very professional and know what they are talking about.. Regards Tesh

My laptop had a problem, having used it earlier today. I had a look round on computer repair shops online and I came across Woodgate Computers, so I went to the shop. I was warmly welcomed to the shop, and explained what went wrong with my laptop. Was overwhelmed with panic thinking I may have broken it completely or pay a huge ton of money to get it fixed, but turns out that it was a glitch which froze the laptop entirely, which has never happened ever since I owned my laptop. Didn't take long before my laptop was up and running again. Best customer service all round and would highly recommend getting your laptop fixed with Woodgate. They know their stuff and are proficient in their work, kind and will go great lengths to make sure that whatever needs to be fixed gets fixed . From a happy customer :)

a month ago, I had a hard drive failure and needed a new hard drive, operating system and files recovered. Woodgate computers performed all of the tasks within a few days. They were extremely competent, efficient and knowledgeable. In fact, my computer was returned to me in better condition than when I first bought it. Very happy customer !

Amazing support and service, they are very helpful and make you feel at ease! They were very thorough in letting me know what the issue with my laptop could be caused by, and they immediately looked up parts they might need for it (other places had to get back to me for that). In the end it was an easy fix which they did in store while I waited. Fantastic store, I definitely recommend them!

I was just in today to have a major problem on my PC dealt with. Its a small shop but the blokes in there know there stuff, and gave unlimited advice on my issue. Prices are standard but throw freebies in which makes up the difference. They didnt try to "baffle me with bullsh**" and was straight to the point without trying to sell things to me i didnt need. The Techy there found the problem in minutes and gave me a good price, cheaper than others i went to previously. They have new and refurbed computers and parts. Quick in ordering what they dont have. The downside is its not big (so limited in immediate purchase) and there is a parking issue outside the shop as it is a busy road, but has an Aldi across the road which gives an hour and a half free parking. It covers most issues and is in cooperation with an IT company in Oxford so can cover servers and monthly maintenance contracts. I found the smaller shops give a more personal service than the big companies, and this one lives up to that feel.

Really helpful, honest, knowledgeable guys. Took in my 6 yr old iMac, its first new hard drive failing after 3 years of moderate use! Initial hard drive went after 3 years, something Apple don't advertise?? Got new SSD, increased RAM and new Mac system. It runs so fast. Half the price of new 21.5 iMac from Apple and a much better machine.

I used Woodgate Computers for an Apple Mac Repair whilst I was working on a job in Leicester. I needed to get it fixed quickly as I use it for my business and took a gamble using a company I had not used before. The staff there are very friendly and efficient. I do not know much about the insides of a Mac but the guys there did not treat me like I was daft and explained exactly what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. I am so glad Woodgate Computer repair people out there who are competent, friendly and fair. I took a laptop in to have its broken power jack repaired. I was told that the Toshiba brand is known to have those issues. It was fixed and ready for me in a few days. I was very happy with the fast and courteous service they were given to me. I needed some unwanted `screed on my screen` of my PC from Bullguard ( doing it`s job alright) this is what happened I booked the job in next day , saw me on time, fixed it PDQ collected it next day at no extra charge, again on time. My iMac 27" (2015) had never been a 'powerhouse' of a computer due to the dreadfully slow HDD and despite upgrading the memory, it just wasn't performing as I wanted. I contacted the team at Woodgate Computers, explained the problem and they knew a solution which could buy me a few more years out of what is an amazing screen. They informed me that they could swap out the HDD for a SSD which involved removing the screen - not a task for the feint hearted and one I would never consider doing. They provide a very fair price and walked me through the very easy booking process and their communication, turn around and dealings was simply first class. I can't recommend these guys high enough - they are cracking lads, give you complete reassurance and do an absolutely amazing job - Thank you so very much lads!

Outstanding service received when I popped in Woodgate computers to replace my old Sony Vaio laptop. Shane ran through the differences between Windows 7 and 8, the benefits and the downfalls. After careful consideration we opted for a brand new laptop installed with Windows 7. So glad I didn’t go to a large retailer as I’m sure I would have been palmed off with a Windows 8 laptop which is not as user friendly as trusted 7. Would highly recommend Woodgate computers for impartial advice and their kind patience.

I visited Woodgate computers and repairs in Leicester when I broke my screen on my lap top. They were extremely helpful in fixing it and even carried out the work while I waited for it to be fixed. In less than a hour I had my lap top back with a brand new screen. If it were not for their speedy service I would of been late with my work I had to do. Went in to get my iPhone 5c phone screen fixed after smashing it, badly, hoping they could fix it as apple help frustrates me. After bringing it, it was fixed within 1/2 days and they even sorted out my camera so it was straight again and my home button. Very impressed, plus service was friendly and helpful.

As a site developer, data and information is very important for me. Unfortunately, I let my kids use my work laptop (never again) and it all went very slow. Some files were not even viewable. In 48 hours, all the systems were restored, as well as my files. I would recommend the service to anyone with the same problem. The service was fast, efficient and the guys did not want to rip me off because I was a girl. (not many others would do the same.)

I found Woodgate to be very helpful when I needed some computer upgrades. I knew I was in need of a new hardrive, but I also needed a new CPU and heatsink. Woodgate gave me sound advise and actually worked out cheaper than I thought. Although they did suggest that long term, I may be better off getting a new system rather than going for a more expensive upgrade. Really helpful and good value for money sums Woodgate up.

Life savers! I accidently broke my USB stick in 2 pieces, I tried another computer shop who was unable to retrieve my data, amazingly Woodgate computers came up trumps, they managed to rescue my data from the broken stick saving me a lot of time in the process. I recently smashed my apple ipad and was devastated. I purchased a new screen and digitiser from Amazon and though I would be able to complete the repair myself as I'm quite hands on normally. Unfortunately this repair was beyond my capabilities and I couldn't afford to completely ruin my ipad. I found Woodgate computers on Google after a search and decided to pass the quite complex task of completing the repair. The very next day I received a call asking me to collect the repaired device. I was so happy Woodgate was able to repair my ipad in such a short timescale and would not hesitate to use their services again should the need ever arise.

Went in to buy a charger before got told it would be around £45 for a lenovo charger which I said was way over priced and got told I wouldn't be able to find one cheaper which on my return home I managed to buy one of the internet for £27.99 with delivery, I've heard lots of good reviews and people loving this place and for repairs they are top notch and the best but their customer service is really poor every time I enter I feel like I've already done something wrong you never get greeted or asked if you require any help just a stare and at the checkout a grumble!
