I contacted Bugs and Bytes about my slow running PC. Ben called me and he collected the PC the same day, and then brought it back the next day with a brand spanking new hard drive in it. Needless to say it’s now working brilliantly! Ben’s communication is top notch and his prices are extremely reasonable for the work he does. Incredible service! Ben picked up my laptop and had fixed the issue I contacted him with later that day. Whilst fixing this he noticed an ongoing issue with the battery, and had recommended various solutions. Would highly Recommend. Been here twice to fix two different issues and I'm happy with both. Laptop hard dive was completely broke and was unusable. My lucky Day!!! Found out about Ben through my local DPD driver. Bugs and Bytes is a local business near Lincoln. What a genius Ben is! He fixed my old tower PC where I had a lose pin connector. He sorted my laptop and cleaned off all the rubbish like Bing. He got my Epson printer to work on my new laptop and also installed an equivalent of word. So I can now create and print docs. His charges are remarkably low. He is getting a WI-Fi card as I used to run my old tower PC on an ethernet cable. So I will get to see him again when that is installed, as he kindly does home visits. Totally recommended lovely guy.
