Nick was very friendly and brought my laptop to me at work to save me picking it up. An excellent service and didn't cost a fortune. Would recommend to anyone.

I have used the computer clinik for some years now. In my opinion, Nick is quite simply the best. In the latest episode (November 2021) I travelled 45 mins to get his help for my MacBook Pro. The fan was noisy and the laptop slowed down. Nick was very busy but exceptionally in this pandemic time, kindly welcomed me to bring my laptop in and as I needed it urgently he agreed for me to wait the 2.5 hours plus in my car whilst he patiently took the trouble to sort out the problem. He kindly informed me that free parking on his side of the road was for 1 hour and the opposite side was 2 hours. I waited in my car and he kindly updated me on progress via mobile and I was pleased to be able to take my laptop after he demonstrated it to me in front of me . He had kindly put a free malware software (as I was worried this could have been the reason why my fan was noisy) and the free version of HWMonitor which was a delight to have. He also gave me a manager's discount so the repair did not cost the earth! When I got home, 5 mins into starting it at home, the problem came back! I was disappointed but not upset with Nick. He updated his original diagnosis to the next level, the trackpad needed replacement but before I could groan at further expense, he kindly reassured me that he would include the charge I had paid as a further manager's discount and so charged me a minimal amount which brought a smile to my face. A second trip to Nick (he kindly fitted me in, I should say squeezed me in as I saw a number of people coming in to deliver their laptops for repair) and I could see he was very busy and 45 minutes later, my laptop was running silently and at the speed I was used to, as good as new! What he didn't tell me was that he had other jobs to deliver on the same day and had indeed squeezed me in...Nick, such a fine gentleman. I have in the past taken my Apple laptops to Apple, PCWorld & Currys with disappointing service but in the past few years I have been so impressed with Nick's consistent caring and high expertise and quality repairs, that I am happy to sing his praises. Seriously, if there were 6 stars, I would award that to Nick...a man who truly loves what he does and takes care of your laptop as if it were his own. What more can you ask for? May you continue to prosper and benefit more people Nick. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

So, called these guys today as having issues with display on my mac book, they advised me that my macbook was subject to a product recall, obviously Apple didn't advise me about this when I had called them first. Computer Clink didn't have to but they started the ball rolling for me and now Apple have agreed to do the work for free. Deffo will be calling Computer Clinik again if I have any problems.

What can I say. Nick is a superstar sorted out a very sensitive issue with great speed and honesty. Note several other companies had gone straight to quoting me ridiculous prices without even looking at the hardware. Extremely impressed and the 40 minute drive to get there was worth every minute. Absolutely delighted! About 6 months ago my MacBook was drenched in white wine and it refused to restart - I never thought it would work again. My husband needed a new laptop battery and Computer Clinik said my computer might be fixable, so we took my laptop in too. Came back fully operational, and also so clean it looks new. Both the efficient woman at the reception desk/phone and the chap working on the computers were very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm very happy.

Brilliant service from Computer Clinik over the last few days who were able to diagnose and fix my laptop, fit new ram, back up and do a full reinstall for a great price. This is the second time I have used them. What I really like is knowing that they know where your computer is all the time and at what stage of the repair process it is at. They were correct with the diagnoses and was straight on it to fix it, in a matter of a few days it was ready. As a business user with my MacBook I was delighted with the service. I've never written a review before but I had to express my praise for this company. My macbook froze on when and I contacted them during the new year holiday. The girl that answered the phone had more knowledge about my problem than all the people - in all the shops, I had spoken to previously. Although she was just going on what I was telling her she actually diagnosed the problem correctly on the phone. When I actually got to the shop, they fixed my problem, and another problem on my mum's computer, (that I had just thrown at them), while I waited, and within the time they stated. I'm not going to call names, but all the other business were saying I had to leave the machine for a week, or they had to send it away, or my lap top is dead. It is really great when you come across people who know what they're talking about, and can do the job. I am now working on my next book. I feel as if I should credit this company on the cover. They did blooming great. Absolutely five star plus.

Took my new iMac desk top to Nick. Purchased recently in Lincoln. Badly advised and would not run Photoshop and Lightroom as promised. Rang Nick Monday took iMac in Thursday after 3 hrs Nick had fitted an SSD drive (to replace original HD) and converted from 8 to 32 GB. Now running beautifully and fast. Nick explained everything really well and charges were very reasonable. I now have a top spec machine at a much less cost than trading in with Apple. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Following a recommendation I took in my MacBook as it was beginning to slow down. Nick explained the likely cause of the problem and the cost to solve it. I was expecting a wait of a week or so but had it back within 5 hours. Excellent service. Thoroughly recommend.

I had a deadline and a misbehaving laptop. I took it to Computer Clinik when they opened. Despite being very busy, they were sympathetic, clear and fast. Computer Clinik not only quickly repaired it but put right the mistakes that had been made when the other company damaged it when they threw it back together. New Update 12/10/2019 - Had another problem after 2 years. Took the power board of TV to Nick as the issue is with power board. In 5 minutes he identifeid what the problem was and fixed it on the spot. Wow Genius. Saved throwing out a fantastic plasma TV. Would highly recommend Computer Clinik Lincoln and Nick. August 2017 Review - Was pleasantly surprised that Computer Clinik repair all types of TV also. I had a Samsung 65 inch plasma TV power board problem with TV not switching on. Was repaired by Nick (who has good knowledge about these TVs ) and the TV was brought back to life. The repair service fee of £79 with extra for any part is reasonable. Would highly recommend this place for TV repairs. Happy with the service. Delay with getting part and patience needed.

I had a problem with my computer which was stuck on "start-up repair". Tried everything that I could think of but I don't know everything and they fixed my computer. I really appreciated the help from the professionals, highly recommend.

So, I was foolish enough to leave my PS4 out overnight for my pooch to empty his bladder on. I cleaned what I could and let it dry for a day or so before testing it, and it wouldn't even turn on. As soon as I was able to, I contacted Computer Clinik after having success in the past with them looking over my old PS3. The amount of dog urine in the console turned out to be ridiculous and was told that the chances of saving it were slim. A very thorough and precise cleaning was carried out and a little over a week after taking it in my console was working and ready to be picked up. I was highly impressed by the result and professionalism of the Computer Clinik and would readily choose them again for any future issues.

I went to Computer Clinik because they were local as I didn't want to have my macbook sent away and their website and shop looked clean, professional and trustworthy. Kim on the front desk was friendly and funny as well so I felt happy to book my macbook in. My macbook was running slow and I had been told previously by another shop that it could be fixed for £300 because the ram was broken, the hardrive had died, it needed a new optical drive and lots of other problems. Nik, the guy working on my laptop, also gave me a call mid week to explain what they had done and what would be the next step. By being phoned I felt I was being kept in the loop and gave transparency as to what was happening to my laptop. Found out that the computer just needed a wipe and reinstall which the optical disk is now working and the ram was fine. The hardrive may need a new one if I want it to be even more faster but for what I need the laptop for I felt it was great. It came up to £79 in total and my laptop is running smooth and fast again and did it all in a week. Very satisfied customer. +++

While visiting family over Christmas, I smashed the screen on my MacBook Pro. My family didn't realise there was anywhere in Lincoln that did Apple Mac repairs until we googled it. I called and dropped in my Mac. The process was easy. One main thing I noticed was that everything was labelled with my name on booking it in, which was reassuring. They are certainly professional as I can't even tell how they opened it all up with no marks etc being left on it. In total it took 2 days from drop off to being picked it up all nice and fixed. I would recommend them to anyone else looking for a similar repair.

Computer Clink offered the best service I could of ever wanted. I went in to the Computer Clinik to fix a common but complicated problem with the PlayStation 4 console. The staff were friendly and helpful, the prices were reasonable and the service was very fast and of high quality. Would definitely recommend!
