I WOULD GIVE 10 STARS IF I COULD! I have brought my Macbook Pro 2018 in Forum Computers for repairs after Stormfront Lincoln DESTROYED it while replacing the keyboard under warranty. I’ve been absolutely pleased with their wonderful services. Here are the details : Stormfront told the logic board (mainboard) had water damage and it was ‘disturbed’ while repairs and now is broken. Yes, I admit that I’ve splashed some amount of water on the laptop but never heard of any water damage surfacing after being ‘disturbed’. Being a guy repairing all kinds of electronic stuff since decades I chose to not to believe in them so I’ve e-mailed Forum Computers. They responded within hours and gave me a rough quote. The price was reasonable but the waiting time of up to 4 weeks was a bit disappointing. I took the laptop there anyway. I’ve been appalled when they e-mailed me and told the computer has been repaired and ready to use in just 48 hours! I rushed there and collected my now perfectly running laptop. They even showed the missing components’ pics and sent me a detailed report about the repairs conducted. The staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. This is the BEST SERVICING EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had, by far! Couldn’t recommend more!

Excellent team, very happy thank you. I was experiencing issues with my laptop and had taken it to two other places who both told me different things and that it was not repairable. I enquired at Forum Computers and the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable and quickly started a plan for a repair. I was very nervous as I don't know anything about computers myself but they made the whole process extremely easy. I was very pleased with the value for money and thought for the service I received it was very fair. Also, in total the whole repair was completed in a short time which was great for me as I am reliant on my laptop. I would not hesitate to come back in the future. Thank you so much.

I was advised too take my sons laptop here by my sister and her husband we had tried all sorts too fix it but nothing worked. I took my sisters advice and took it here, it was a little bit out of my way so I was reluctant too however it was completely worth the trip!!! My sons laptop was fixed within 24 hours in fact they had fixed it within about 5!!! The service was really really good! The price was a fair price also £99 and that is with an antivirus and some other perks!!! The staff all really polite and well presented, absolutely lovely manner and customer service skills!!! I would highly recommend them and will use them from now on. It’s been a pleasure keep up the good work.

Absolutely lovely and really helpful staff!! I came in wanting to replace my battery in my phone and pick up a quadcopter and my service was quick and friendly !!! Very helpful & knowledgeable team. I took them a specification for a new build PC. As well as quoting for my spec they also quoted for a slightly different spec in the same price bracket, that they felt would give better performance for my planned use. My laptop overheated and shut down and did not turn back on, I Googled what the problem could be, the up shot is that it could be many problems including the motherboard which could be very expensive. I had all my business software and files on this computer and was all set to buy a new one however I came across Forum Computer from Google and as a last try see what they could do. They had it less than 5 minutes and it was working again and the best bit is they did not charge me, not a penny, nada. I have to give them a very big thank you, you have saved me a lot of money and and a hell of a lot of time. Thanks again guys. Mick

Wow sterling service from Forum Computersmy laptop had lost all my photos after a recent update, I was beside myself as they were of my daughter's whole life and family and friends, all irreplaceable, excellent phone conversation they totally got me, fully understood and didn't judge!!, they were quick and very responsive, they let me know what was going on and got it sorted, most importantly they were able to restore my laptop and find ALL my photos, I am so pleased so happy, amazing service and very well priced, nowhere near what I thought it would cost, highly recommend them, absolutely 1st class thank you all so much!!!

Had a problem with my PC not turning on anymore. It sort of sorted itself out but the staff was exceptionally competent and polite, we went through different checks to make sure everything was working etc, and they didn't even want to be paid despite me taking quite a bit of their time. Forum Computers is the only computer repair shop in Lincoln. That was able to Repair graphics card, I've asked ask all the other repair shops in Lincoln and I have received many incompetent reply back from the other shops.
