We've used SCIS UK for several years now and the service they give is just excellent. We use them as our outsourced IT Help as and when we've got issues or need things doing. They've completed a wide range of tasks for our business from providing equipment, sorting out office 365 subscriptions, archiving emails to create space and there's never been a scenario where they can't fix or can't sort out quickly whatever the issue is. They have helped me save literally £1000's over the years and by using their services they have fixed so many IT issues in minutes that i would have had no chance in understanding or fixing. I especially recommend their ability to handle corporate email systems and deal directly with the end clients. I am yet to present an issue to Simon and his team that he hasn't been able to fix in under 24 hours. On the other hand, if you are wanting access to top quality, knowledgeable and friendly IT solution experts, who quickly and effortlessly deal with any issues you have, then SCIS UK is definitely the best company you could ever hope to employ! I am sure you will agree that many companies in the IT spectrum appear to offer great service, but once you have bought equipment from them, or signed their maintenance contracts, the reality then hits; you encounter an IT problem only to find yourself on the phone, in an endless queue, or your emails are not answered, or someone says they will call you back and then don't. Then, when you eventually get through to someone, your heart sinks when you find the person you are speaking to know less about your IT system and problem than you do! Sadly, the above is an all too familiar problem. Thankfully, as a client with SCIS UK, the experience could not be more different; All the staff are committed to giving the best possible standards of service, and have an uncanny ability to convey what can sometimes be complex information in an easy to understand manner. Their level of professionalism is quite exceptional. It is so refreshing to have the "peace of mind" knowing that in the event of needing IT assistance of any kind that these guys are ready to help. Let's be honest, IT downtime can be costly and stressful, so it matters that responses are quick and timely.
