I found James' number through the local Community magazine. My son's laptop power jack had failed. James checked the machine out but a repair risked greater damage to the motherboard. In consultation, we decided that data recovery was the way forward. It was all completed quickly and professionally. We are now looking to source a new laptop with the help of James. The service that James provides is prompt and professional and I would recommend him highly for any computer-related work that might be required.

Very quick at replying to organise a suitable date to inspect my faulty device. Arrived in suitable PPE and followed all COVID guidelines strictly. Once the technnician, James, had inspected it he gave me a clear and understandable explanation of what the issue was and the steps needed next while also openly stating what costs would be involved. I had a problem with my laptop on Thursday, James came to assess the problem on Friday. I needed it for Monday, he took it away and delivered it back to me on the Sunday. All at an extremely good price.What fantastic service. It is "as new", James installed everything I needed and I couldn't be more satisfied. 5 stars, highly recommended. Excellent all round.
