P. D.Really busy, but with plenty of staff members o hand I didn't need wait to be seen. They dealt with my issue professionally, doing a same day screen replacement of my phone under its warranty. They gave me a time to collect and the phone was ready more or less to the minute they said.

That's exactly what happened here for me, very straightforward. The staff were all pleasant, chatty & friendly.
