Halcyon have been our provider of choice for two years now. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. I have to give a special mention to Tom & Ste, who are a credit to the business. James sets the standards of his business extremely high and consistently delivers. if you need an IT provider, look no further

To date: · We have not suffered any downtime due to IT issues · We have had no problems that haven’t been resolved quickly and efficiently off-site · Any ticket raised is addressed in good time and usually resolved within an hour · Communications are clear and concise and not tech-talk · Pro-active advice provided re hardware requirements in the short and medium term · Pricing is menu based and so we have no surprises and all on a rolling 30 day contract · We have recommended Halcyon to our clients and associates as we have been that impressed · We no longer waste time talking about IT issues in our meetings as we have confidence that Halcyon are part of our team I can’t recommend James and his team highly enough and have nothing but praise for their excellent service and assistance no matter what.
