I've used their services a few times for parcel collection and returns. I agree that the service and opening times could be improved. However the shop is very handy for UPS and Hermes returns where they offer label services. I am happy to forego some of the issues for the convenience the shop provides

Took my hp laptop to be repaired during 2nd lockdown when both John lewis ( original retailer) and HP themselves were not able to help. This place did a excellent job and my laptop is working well. My battery needed replacing after a liquid spill, these guys found a new one of same quality ( as many retailers sell you a much lower quality one than your original) so very happy. They are professional, careful and honest -rare these days in tech repairs!

I highly recommend! My iphone screen was completely cracked and for only 30 pounds they fixed it for me in only 20 minutes. My phone now works perfectly. It was quick, a lot cheaper than other places where I had gone to fix my phone previously and the staff was super friendly. I will definitely be going back in the future!

I had a great experience with 64 computers and Vivek. I managed to break my computer totally and they managed to repair everything very quickly and skilfully. They also backed up all the data so saved me a lot of pain and time. They did it all with a fantastic service and very reasonable price. I also found them through a recommendation from a friend of mine that was really happy so obviously they do something right. Thanks Vivek really appreciate it.

Great experience overall at 64 Computers, I would highly recommend this service. I dropped off my macbook in the morning, and within 4/5 hours the problem had been diagnosed and fixed. When I got my laptop back it was as good as new and for a very reasonable price. I was really happy overall with the service, and the people are very competent and friendly. Had a flight the following morning - I don't think you could get such efficiency anywhere else!

I recently had issues with my Apple iMac. I reached out to Apple store and spoke with a representative to try and resolve my issue. He was very friendly, professional, and detailed with his help and responses but his diagnosis was wrong, and about to sell new iMac without having my very important data backup. I came out and went through many computer store but no one has proper solution except 64computers. My iMac has software problem and resolve in same day and i am very glade to have back my working computer along full data backup. They are very Professional, friendly, and have Apple certified Engineer who is very knowledgeable. According to Apple my iMac issues was hardware based and can't be repaired. The help I received through 64Computers was above and beyond my expectations. Love these guys. They're really quick - no long Apple queues - and super friendly and helpful. They sorted my iMac and it's as good as new... and were generous with regards to all my other Apple issues and questions. Must recommend! I must tell you guys don't listen to anyone please have a your own experience. I wish them very best.. Good Luck

My wife and i was in london for the weekend ,so we took a trip to the shop as i was after a logictech ts1 stereo speaker and this shop was the only one in the uk which stocked it. VIVEK who served us was very nice and the shop was well organised and tidy which impressed my wife . She also bought orange hi-lighter pens as she could not source them in aberdeen. If we could not get any items ,we are to give him a call and he would get them. Overall we rate this shop very highly and would recommend this shop and VIVEK to all.
