I contacted Mr Ali initially for a problem with my hard drive, to which he was very knowledgeable, took time to explain the process and willing to help transport my desktop to his premises. During the same time I asked him to clean up a laptop that was running very slow. He was responsive, quick to act and reliable. Throughout, he communicated regularly and kept me up to date via text and telephone on the status of my repair. His prices are fair and reasonable. I found him to be trustworthy, with the utmost integrity, someone that ‘goes the extra mile’ in supporting customers and someone I would have no hesitation in coming back with any future repairs and I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family. I took my macbook to Ali's after two nightmare experiences with other repair shops and he put me at total ease. I thought my laptop was dead for good after water damage and further damage from bad mechanics, but Ali repaired it completely, and delivered it back to me good as new. He also charged a really reasonable price, much cheaper than the two previous places I'd took it, and didn't change the price even when my laptop took much longer to fix than usual. I cannot recommend Ali highly enough!
