A. A.You will get the Apple experience everyone knows and loves: friendly and professional staff, virtually no waiting time, and smooth purchasing experience.
Though this particular store has more rules than usual, which causes unnecessary friction. For example, I couldn’t accompany my friend to his Genius appointment. Another time they asked us exactly which one of us will purchase something.
I’d appreciate if they were more relaxed
K. S.Big location on a Main Street. Close to shopping, restaurants and trains. Very friendly in the Genius Bar. Sadly they couldn’t fix my phone and they only did what I had already done at home to resolve the issue where the Apple logo is in an endless loop.

V.The store currently has an appointment system which makes it much less crowded. Isaac has been super helpful in helping me find the Apple Watch strap that fits the most and took the time to explain everything! Made the whole experience even better!
